Within 25 minutes of me calling them, they were here to mitigate my water damage disaster. Mind you too, that this was on Easter weekend. They are a professional company with their customers needs first. They also make it easier for first time claimants (in regard to insurance). 5:20 pm I’m driving down 17th street and two of their company trucks decided to race motor cycles down the road. The newer black ford was followed by a white truck which cut me off almost hitting my truck and another vehicle. I would never pay reckless people to restore my house. Be smarter in your company trucks!

this guys are the best!! I had a big bottle of fresh garlic that the lid wasn't on tight , tipped over in my fridge ran out onto the tile , my house smelt like a garlic farm! not only did they save me from buying a new fridge they cleaned my tile that i thought wasn't that dirty!! WOW skyler did a amazing!! it looks like i have a new kitchen floor, and he also cleaned my carpets my house smells wonderful!! Thank you so much SKYLER!!

Mike and his team came in the day I called and helped me through the entire process of getting the damaged parts out, talking to the insurance agent then doing all the repairs. Mike helped me keep with in, what I felt reasonable budget lines. The guy that he send to do the rebuilding of things really knew his stuff. I am very happy with the results. I have a pocket full of their business cards and every time I hear someone needs help I give them one and tell them to Call Them! They helped me, they can help you too.

These guys have been really great. I had a surprise flood on a Friday night out of town. Water poured into the whole basement for several hours, and for a while there it didn't look like it was going to stop. We randomly called Advanced Cleaning and Restoration and hoped. Skyler was on duty and came up with a partner from around 8:00 P.M. until after 11:00. They pulled out the moveable items, pumped out the water, and set the fans. What was really nice after the worst was cleaned up was that they left nothing undone. They checked for mold and damage to the structure. They hauled out all of my valuables for serviceability or replacement. They came in and rebuilt parts of two walls, repainted two of the rooms, and because of mold underneath, pulled up the floor and replaced it. All of their work is excellent and they just finished today. Now I've got a nice, shiny clean basement that looks better than it ever did before. The workers have been time conscience and very professional, always helpful and polite. If anyone could say that having a flood wreck their house is fun, this one would come close. I'm very happy.

Our hot water heater burst on a Sunday afternoon but we didn't realize the water damage until Monday am. I called Advanced Cleaning and they were at the house in about an hour! I was so impressed with their professionalism. Two rooms had to be emptied out and the crew was extremely quick in moving out the boxes and furniture in the rooms. I was pretty upset about boxes that had gotten wet (old pictures, antique books, etc) and Candace was there to give me a hug and re-assure me they would do their best to save as much of my momentos as possible. I would not hesitate to hire this company in the future -- but hopefully not for an emergency!

Be aware they will rip you off!!! specially if there's an insurance claim. They didn't even finish the job because of that. The guy in-charge not only was getting a big chunk from our insurance but also made up a story to charge us even more. They are not professional either. I wouldn't even give them one star. I would never recommend them.
