Rafael, who has done the last two cleanings...maybe three, has done a magnificent job. A light colored carpet in a house with kids, dogs, etc. was not a great choice, but A-1 Chemdry was.

They just came out and cleaned our carpet, the serviceman left less than an hour ago. We had some mold damage to the carpet in our basement due to a slow water leak. A1 staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the serviceman helped me pick which options were best for my carpet. He found some pet stains I had suspected existed but couldn't find to clean, and cleaned them thoroughly. I'm happy with the results and will probably use A1 chem dry again.
