What great people and service. You can tell they really care about their business because they are always near by keeping the place clean and watching out for everything. When I left a load behind in the dryer, they held it till I came back, and she had it all folded up so nicely. I also love th seasonal decorating. It makes it feel more homey. Thanks Kahului Laundromat for running a clean friendly business!

The people who work in this laundromat are plain rude!! Very disrespectful. Here we are trying to wash and dry and they just keep getting in the way without even saying excuse me or sorry! Why clean early? It's a damn laundromat! People are going to keep walking around till closing time. We walk on the mopped floor not knowing and they give you a dirty look even having said sorry!! Her reply to my apologies is couldn't you walk around?! Yeah like you put directional arrows!! Extremely Poor customer service!!! Never again!!

After a horrible experience at the laundromat in Pukalani I came here and was greeted with a smile. The lady helped me find a washer for my clothes(even though I knew how....lol). She is so sweet and kind. Even when I put the laundry soap in the wrong washer she said don't worry and cleaned it for the next user. The two ladies that work there are super nice and even helped a gentleman fold his clothes. I always will come here. The place is clean and even when it's super busy they make sure the washers and dryers are available for the next user. People may think it's mean but I don't. This isn't your house get your clothes out the way....lol. Great place!!!

my brother found a ID on the floor and he took it to the lady that works there and told her he found this on the floor.the lady ask 'is it your's?' my brother said 'no' then the lady said 'then don't worry about it'.with a mean face.my brother told me after.i was shocked and very bothered about that.so i was thinking maybe today is not a good day for her.but everytime we go back there they would just give me and my lil ohana bad looks.very uncomfortable for us to go back there.

Best laundromat I've ever used. Staff are friendly and helpful, even the patrons have always seemed nice. The lady working today was even wiping down the sorting table between each use! We don't have to use a laundromat often, but anytime in the future we have to we'll be coming here.

This laundromat has everything you want. Laundry machines in 4 different sizes, great for big loads of towels or bedding. Lots of dryers that all heat effectively. Facility is sparkling clean. There are attendants on site to sell you rolls of quarters, snacks and help you with anything that needs explaining. Don't go anywhere else on the island!

I enjoy the laundry mat service and cleanliness what is the downer is nobody likes to share the laundry carts they hold on to it like they are going grocery shopping when asked other customers to use their cart they told me no I went to go ask for help and all they told me was to find an empty one not very happy about that considering the fact that they have signs up for everything there they could at least have one to tell people to put the cart back so that way everyone can use the cart.

Very clean even has a snack bar. Dryers are 2min for a quarter and it takes a while to dry but still very happy with my experience here.

Very clean but they tend to block you away from your clothes while cleaning and gripe you out if you go get your clothes from the machine they blocked you from.

I had an extremely pleasant experience doing my laundry here; the lady running it is very helpful and proactive in providing the best possible service she can. The machines are professional, the location is clean and everything you need is available from detegent to laundry folding tables. Mahalo for making this such a great experience!

Great place & they are open super early in the morning. I gave them 4 stars because I had to drive from Wailea to get to them, so the location wasn’t super convenient. The machines worked well, the dryer was big & dried my stuff quick, the prices seemed just. I would go back. I would love it if it was open 24/7

Very clean! Very EXXXXXXPENSIVE!!! VERRRRRRRRRY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The old ladies, (white hair) told me to pick up my dryer sheet from the floor while i was picking it up! The other one (black hair) I asked her the key for the men’s room she just tossed it to me... they kept starring at me and frowning at me! I spent almost $$$$$100.00 for doing my laundry and this is how they treat me? Lastly (white hair) yelling to customers that the place will be closed woth an attitude! I wsh id poke her eyes while saying that and slap her (black hair) i wish id toss the key back in her face! If there were a star less than 1 star id rate this place below that!!! That was my first and last in this place! I ain’t going back and will share this with my friends and everyone i know!

Don't listen to any other negative reviews, this is the cleanest, most efficient laundromat on Maui. Staff is very helpful and always on duty. Next door to McDonald's and Starbucks.

Great Laundromat. Given 3 stars due to no Parking at times, Hours of Operation need some maintaining, (e.g. 5am-12am) they would gain so much business for this time frame. Last but not least, prices for dryers is .25/2min, that is ridiculous, at least give .25/5min

This is my first time here and I am a visitor to Maui. I came here b/c out of all that laundromats that were near my location this one had the best reviews. I must say the majority of reviews I have read thus far about this place is true. It is very clean, smells nice (like fresh dryer sheets) and the guy working was really nice, especially since I had to bug him like 3 different times before I even started washing...lol They also have snacks and food for purchase as well, which I thought was really nice. They also decorated for Halloween. I'm not a big halloween person, but it's nice they are festive. The ONLY reason I gave it 4*s is b/c I had one load and the machines for small loads are the old school white washers that you have to lift the lid, but they are such an old model that it didn't even have a place to put the fabric softener, you literally have to wait on the rinse cycle.. Who does that these days!?.. I had already bought the softener from him, but he kindly refunded my money when I said I wasn't going to use it b/c of that fact. I also was very shocked that the dryers were $.25 for only 2 mins!! That's INSANE to me.. being from NYC where you get at least 7-8 mins per $.25 (which I still think is ridicoulus), I was really shocked. So if you have large loads be prepared to spend most your money at the dryer. Compared to NYC the washing prices are pretty much the same. So overall if I have to wash while visiting this side of Maui I will defintely come back here.

As my cheap, stingy landlord has cut the hot water going to my home washer, I am forced to use a laundromat if I want my towels & linens properly clean. I have used all the laundromats in the area and I tend to use this location the least amount. Sure, it’s clean (it’s also just a couple years old so the facility is practically brand-new).. but parking is a huge problem, one of the main reasons why I tend to stay away from this laundromat. The parking is only about 7-8 stalls and is always full. If you try go during weekdays, the road is all parked up from the other surrounding businesses. The washers are more expensive than other laundromats. And 25 cents to dry for only 2 minutes (don’t use the HOT dryer setting if you’re in a hurry; the dryer temp won’t stay HOT the entire time you paid for, it includes a complimentary “cool down”, further wasting your time and money.) Kahului really needs a laundromat that’s open real-time hours. It used to be open til 9pm but now it’s 8?! That’s lame. How are working people suppose to get laundry done on those skimpy hours? By the time I get out of work around 6:30pm & make it to the laundromat, it’s time to go already. And the attendants mean business when it’s last call for wash & dry. They are practically nazis about you getting your stuffs and getting out of there ASAP.

The store actually LOCKS UP THE POWER OUTLETS. I can’t even charge my cell phone even though I spent nearly $75 washing my households clothes. It’s sick the owners worship money so much they can’t let someone charge their phones while using the washers and they have solar and they still are this greedy. Sad. Go some place else they do t deserve to be in busienss

Staff were really nice and helpful and the place felt clean and professional but--oh my god--the dryers only give you two minutes per quarter! So to get clothes adequately dry, it takes like five or six bucks per machine.
