This laundry is reasonably clean and kept; the Washing Machines are rather new and professional quality from Maytag; and their price per washing cycle WITHOUT the extras ~such as extra rinse~ is reasonable. Is this iDo Laundry worth going to? Yes, it is in my opinion which is based on my experience.

Small, but clean and good machines. My complaints: powdered detergent is $1.50 and should NOT be more than $1. Dryers require a minimum of $1.25 to start. This is particularly inconvenient if my load finishes but isn't quite dry and I need to add a couple quarters to finish it. I'd complain about how much time you get too, but honestly I've seen worse in Hawai'i. The two best laundromats in Hawai'i are in Kailua and Kane'ohe.

Good option if you are staying at the Hilton or one of the other beachfront hotels. There is a washer and two dryers which take credit cards which saves changing notes. Machines are all clean and work well. Floor could do with a scrub.

On vacay and needed clean clothes. The closest laundromat to the Hilton Waikiki Village. 11 washers of different sizes. Two were not working. 14 dryers one not working. Cost varies by load sizes. To dry is 1.50 for 24 minutes and to add additional minutes just deposit $.25 before your time runs out. There are two coin changers, a Coke machine, and an ATM. The music is good too.

Washer wrung most of the water out of my clothes so I only had to add one quarter doe 3 extra minutes to the initial $1.50 for 18 minutes. Change machine that takes $1, $5, $10, and $20 for quarters. ATM and pop machine. A few washers and dryers that take credit cards but mostly take quarters. Within a short walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village. I would have spent $4 to have the hotel laundry one pair of underwear so I consider finding this laundry mat a win since I spent $4.75 for the medium load I did.

Owner is an Asshole. Just trying to do planning to have change to do laundry but because I didn't have my clothes while passing by he would not let me get change. Now I will NOT be bringing my service here and too bad I just moved close by. Oh and I was getting quarters for my boyfriend to do laundry since he doesn't like me carrying heavy things now that I'm pregnant...in case you are wondering why I wouldn't just bring my clothes. But service and trust is everything. And the floor was wet from washers broken with bubbles everywhere. No warning signs and another customer warned me earlier. The machine was BROKEN and took my coins. They WON'T EVEN REFUND your money if it was more than a month ago. No one will pick up your calls outside their very short business hours. This place isn't the biggest or the nicest but it's open 24°, it's well-lit, and it's relatively safe for a female making late nite laundry runs alone. I prefer to do my laundry in the off-hours, usually after midnite, and I've never felt uncomfortable or unsafe here. The change machines have never been empty or broken when I've been here and although there's no soap or dryer sheets sold in the laundromat itself, it is right next to a 7-11, which is handy. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TIP: the entrance is from McCully street; it'll be on your left before the stoplight at Kalakaua. Google maps was instructing drivers to turn onto Kalakaua at the light and then turn into the parking lot, which cannot be done. I'm not sure if it's been fixed but it caused me to miss the turn and have to circle the block the first time I drove there, so be aware.
