I'm here in Waikiki for almost a full month working hours that are not conducive to doing laundry. Utilizing this place's wash and gold service had been a lifesaver! There is a minimum weight requirement, but it's essentially a decent sized load. Couple the time factor along with the typical cost per load at the hotels and this is a no brainers. Additionally, they offer a military discount.

Washed about 6 days worth of shorts and shirts and was able to get all in 1 machine. Wash was about 20-30 minutes and cost $4, dryer was $.25/ 4 minutes and my clothes were dry in 32 minutes. Overall, spent about an hour here and it cost $6. Not bad considering where we're at.

Well, considering that I've never used a public laundry facility this one isn't bad. Pretty much like what you see on T.V. I had to wash a Cal-King oversized bed duvet and get it back that day. Washer was not quite big enough, and the I wasted like $2.50 on the regular dryers before the attendee said try the big one for 20min. The regular dryers worked quite well given the size load. I would say that of you doing a normal size wash this place is just fine. Not crowded or overly dirty. Solid 4 star rating.

Do yourself a big favor and walk across the street to I Do Laundry which is reasonably priced, well lit and overall a far better choice!! Horrible attitude. Trusted them to use the promised scent free detergent they have as they refused to use ours for fluff and fold. We have allergies and have a baby. Clothes came back scented. We had to wear some of the clothes the next day. That evening we took everything back to them including what we wore to have them re washed. This is taking time out of our trip by the way. The woman was angry and rude anf refused to rewash. She said the smell was because we wore some of the clothes. What??? Then I argued with her and she threatened to call the police. Then she grabbed the clothes and literally threw them in the machine. I took them out and left. Better to have this smell then trust these crooks again. Also they let me pay at pickup but I saw them require a brown person pay in advance, so looks like some racial profiling. And they have different rates for local vs tourist, it is posted in the shop. Unless you like poor quality and being yelled at in broken English, go elsewhere.

Great machines both the washers and dryers. Please note on a Sunday, that the self serve laundry stops at 3:00pm to allow the Lovely Lady who is always onsite to close by 5:00pm. Monday to Friday the laundry is open from 6:00am to 7:00pm with Saturday 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Wow!! We did the drop off service and wow! So reasonably priced, so clean, so friendly!! We dropped the laundry off at noon and they were ready to go by 4! All folded and so clean, really wonderful job! And so fast—A huge help when flying out of town early the next morning. Also we met Ena (hence Ena Road Laundry)! She’s there working making sure everything is good and nice. We are so happy we found her :) 5 out of 5 stars! Support a great job done, fair price, by kind friendly people and go here ❤️

This is why i dont use laundrymats very much. Washing machines are small and both machines ripped me off a few quarters each before turning on. Dryers are huge but very deceiving. NO HEAT AT ALL. After 20 minutes a small load of jeans were still soaked. Got the job done but took 20 bucks total for 2 small loads to wash and dry. The lady working was a bit cranky as she kept trying to mop the floors near my machines and when i went to my machines she kept getting pissed because i was walking on her wet floor. maybe she should be mopping the floors AFTER they close if shes gonna get pissed that customers are walking on her wet floors.

It's a very small laundromat and it's 5$ for a load of laundry and 1.50$ for the dryer a couple of chairs for sitting. If you have more than 1 load of laundry I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. On The positive side the Irish Rose Saloon is right next door great place to wait for your laundry to finish up.

One of the worst laundry services in Honolulu. I ftopped my laundry for wash & fold. Picked up and put away. Unfortunately I didn’t take the time to unfold each piece, if I had I would have seen all 4 pairs of my white jeans had black spots on them. I wore one pair and noticed some black spots, but I had a tide pen with me and that seemed to do the job. It wasn’t until a week later I pulled out the next pair. It had significantly more spots, then I pulled out the other two all with black spots on them. Of course I was upset. I realized I had purchased a black T-shirt that hadn’t yet been washed and likely they put the black shirt in with the white pants. So I took all 4 pairs of pants back to Ena Rd laundry. I explained the story, they said they would review and soak pants. Luckily they all came clean. But when I returned to pick up my 4 pairs of pants the lady blamed me for the incident. Unbelieveable! It was clearly a fade from mixed laundry. She said I wore the pants, and yes one pair I had worn and used a ride pen on. I’ve been hesitant to use the service again, but I don’t have a washer & dryer in my condo. So after much trepidation I returned with my clothes separated into two bags to ensure they don’t mix darks and lights, then dry, then fold and not say a word. Well their lack of customer service and taking responsibility for their error strikes again - they refused to do my laundry. I’m counting my blessings, because people like that don’t deserve loyal customers who are trying to give them a second chance. DON’T GO TO ENA RD LAUNDRY

Found this place on-line , 12-15 min walk from the hotel we stayed. The washing machines worked fine. One of the two dryers we were using stopped with about half time remaining; went over to the elderly lady that runs the place and she got the dryer going again; no problems after that. While there two guys came to do laundry; they used the coin operated dispenser machine and mistakenly selected fabric softener instead of soap; I mentioned the elderly lady to them, and she exchanged their fabric softener for soap. Good place to do laundry; would use it again. The elderly lady is helpful if one needs assistance- Thank you!

An attendant was on duty while I did my washing. The dryers do not put off much heat. I dried clothes for 20mins only to have wet clothes and the dryer was not even warm to the touch. I told the attendant about the problem and she acted like it was no problem. She did not even offer me a refund. I changed dryers and it was not much better. I finally got tired of giving them $ for nothing and decided to hang my clothes on the balcony.

The machines cheat on you and don't count some of the quarters that you put in. We ended up paying 4.75 instead of 4 dollars for a washing load. The service lady was rude, unfriendly and did not speak English properly. We did not get a refund!! I would not recommend to go there. Also, change to quarters is only given by a machine, so if you only have a 20 dollar bill from the ATM you end up with 80 coins in you wallet. One word "gross" the machines were small and the facilities were dirty. Unfriendly woman and didn't speak English. Seemed bothered that I was even there. Bring cash no CC taken and no stores do cash back. The only place near is 7-11 across the street with an ATM $3.75 fee. Good luck!
