Very clean, quiet.... the tide was out, and, a very nice lady gave us a tide pod for free. Very nice people. We are staying away the fairmont orchid, and, drove up here to do a few days worth of laundry. In and out, no problems. The resort had no laundry just than valet, so, this was a great option

It appears there are new owners. All machines work and the business is kept clean. Worth the drive to do laundry.

The only game in town. Totally sucks! ,60% of equipment doesn't work. Owners should give a cr@p & fix things, but they're too busy grabbing your money!

The price was ok and the machines all worked well. The place was dirty with trash over the floor. Someone came in about 20:30 to sweep up while we were there.

Washing Machines were adequate, although most of them were out of service. Only way to buy detergent was from an attendant, who was not there. Dryers were mediocre and left some clothing very dry with others very wet. There are reasonably priced vending machines as well as a nice Thai Food Truck outside. It's unfortunate that this is the only laundromat for miles.

Parks

Came here because the washer at my grandmas house in Hawi is down and most of the washers were either “out of service” or completely broken. It’s clear the management doesn’t care and they made that clear in their “House Rules”. If you don’t mind a 16 minute drive from this place to PJ Suds Laundromat in Honokaa I would suggest it. All the washers work, all of the dryers work and none of them make a mocking noise when in motion. Mahalo
