It was my first time here. Wasn't sure which machines to use or how much they charged. (As they have different size washers which charge more money) The lady who worked here, Roxane, was so friendly and helped me out from start to finish. Told me which washing machine to use, asked what temp water id like to use then that was it. So simple. And when it came time to dry my clothes she came over when she saw me struggling to figure out how much time to put on the machine. She told me it would be about 16-20 min. After wards I mentioned if I had more money on the cards I would have gotten dryer sheets to throw in there. A minute later she come back with to dryer sheets and throws them in there for me. Roxanne is amazing! I wish everyone was as nice as her!

Lots of tvs, a kids corner, lots of machines, clean. We were on vacation and needed l some laundry done. Brought stuff in around dinner time and was told we could pick it up later that evening. We came back the next morning and alm was good. They had it ready to go and even put a few things on hangers. Nice touch. Yes it was pricy but that's what you get. Really happy with the value

Great facility, very clean and bright, all machines were working and clean. There's also plenty of folding room, and you don't feel like you're in anyone's way by staying to fold your laundry. They also have a sitting area for kids with movies playing. I definitely like the card system they have over hauling quarters around, plus, you can load the laundry card at the machine with a debit or credit card, so no need to bring cash. It's a bit more spendy than suds and duds in keaau (about $1.25 more per finished load) but after fuel costs, it's a wash

A 24 hour laundromat that operates on a digital card system instead of quarters. What's not to like? My only problem with it is that it's so popular that you may have to carefully choose a time to go do laundry when it's not totally crowded. They should open a second one of these somewhere.

Best laundry service around! The prepaid card is a pain but the helpful staff are available 24/7 even offering laundry folding service for added convenience, clean, affordable, and modern machines. Be warned there are no charging stations for electronics however should you need to hit the facilities grab the code from the laundry attendant.

Open 24 hours with A/C. Very clean with well maintained washers and dryers of different sizes. We use the large washers for our beddings. Accepts cash and credit cards that is loaded onto a laundry card. They provide several TVs, vending machines, a keiki corner, rolling laundry baskets, drop-off service and a restroom for customers with a laundry card. Show up between 12pm and 4am for a 30% discount. The best laundromat in Hilo hands down!!

The best Laundromat I have ever been in anywhere on Earth. Immaculate clean, all new equipment, very helpful friendly staff. Air conditioned, large flat screens, child pen area, fully carpeted well lit and 24 hours a day. Takes cash and cards. Lots of parking.

Eine sehr hilfsbereite Dame erklärte uns den kompletten Waschvorgang inklusive trocknen. Alles erfolgt über waschkarten. Vielen Dank! Da es regnete, durften wir uns sogar ihren Schirm ausleihen. Trotz des teilweise schwierigen Publikums, eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Die Maschinen sind alle in einem guten Zustand.

We travel full time and use a lot of laundromats and this one is the nicest, best run, cleanest laundromat we've ever seen. We've been in the morning and at night and it's always spotless and every staff member is extremely kind and efficient! I'm super impressed, how does one hire that many outstanding employees?!? Not only are they kind (the card machine's a little tricky with cash sometimes and they notice immediately and come help or give you a new bill) but they NEVER stop cleaning, (the machines, the floors, the tubs), it's really remarkable. This spot is a bit busy but I can see why, who would go anywhere else? Thanks for a great spot to do our wash!

The nicest and easiest to use laundromat we've ever been to. As Australians visiting Hawaii sometimes it is difficult to decipher how things work - not here, everything was in plain, easy to understand instructions. The cleanest and tidiest laundromat we've ever been to. Three different size washers, and different size dryers to suit your needs. Sometimes you wonder if the reveiws on this site are written by family members - well it would appear that in this case they are not!

Depending on the day you go and time we usually choses to go on a Wednesday night around 8 o'clock because its around the time the ladies clean the washers & dryers and there's not a lot of people and u have a great spot to park I also love the washer & dryers because it washes & drys ur close good & QUICK!!!

Been here twice, lots of people on Sunday, but never had to wait for a washer, dryer, or cart. The guy in the red shirt is awesome, both times I came he was constantly cleaning. Bathroom is clean and have finer toilet and sink than mine, including a baby changing table. You may pay more than the others in Hilo, but I think in terms of quality, cleanliness, availability, it's well worth the price. Also inside has a kids area, lots of available chairs inside and out, air conditioning, and a few steps away from Subway.

Only one tweaker and one sloppy heroin addict stumbling across the parking lot. Additionally I only saw one hooker pick up half finished cigarette, wet from the rain. Prices were acceptable. About $6 for a load washed and dried.

Great little laundromat, we used this place while on vacation. It was great because all the machines were fast washing. A triple load machine washed our items in twenty minutes and another 20 minutes to dry. Plus the people were friendly, and helpful. The patrons were even kind enough to give us some laundry detergent so we didn't have to buy some. Clean, and fast!

旅行中、とても助かったコインランドリー！！ 広くて、とても綺麗です。24時間営業なのも助かった！ 店員さんも親切で、初めてで分からず聞くと洗濯カードの買い方や、洗濯の量を見てマシンのサイズ(いろんな大きさのマシンが有ります)をアドバイスしてくれました。(よくみると壁にも洗濯機のサイズと目安の量は書いて有りました。洗剤も売っている様です。(私は持参だので詳しくはわからないけど、店員さんが言ってた) 20分程で洗える。その後は別の乾燥機に移します。 たくさんの人が利用していました。でも、機械の台数も多いから大丈夫です！
