4 months or so ago.. Amazing service. Ive tried since then over and over because its so affordable and i always drop off hefty amounts of laundry and they are NEVER clean. Its like they were rinsed in plain water and folded, i wish i had taken pictures of the state of my laundry after every pickup for the past few months. My clothes used to smell great, were cleaned etc. My 2 stars are simply for speed of service and cost. I know its not the machines, its the change in staff, there used to be other people there who washed better. This was a really convenient location and price for me but I've had to stop dropping off here.

Clean. Comparitively affordable, everything works very well. The lady that runs it is honest and very nice and tried her best to keep it in good shape and keep her customers happy. Friendly regulars. Have met the same people after going there several times, and people are generally friendly. Haven't met anyone of a rough crowd type, or anyone overtly rude, so I would argue that it is a very safe location as well. Bathrooms are always clean. The entire place is always clean. Free reliable wifi to give you something to do while you wait.

I was told closing was at 11 pm. But when I arrived at 10:35, The gate was closed and no one answered the phone. I was also told I could get my clothes for drop off same day, and that was false. Can’t really give an good review not there’s nothing to review. So far I’m not satisfied with the customer service. I’m hoping the quality of the clothes are not as bad.

It's always clean when the attendants are there. They are very nice and helpful. I have been coming here for the past 2 1/2 years and Grace and Michelle(the attendants) are like family now! This is the only place I will go to wash my clothes and I've been to all of the coin laundry mats in Valpo.

This place is so clean you can eat off the floors. As I was doing my laundry I saw the woman who worked there cleaning constantly. She was very kind and helpful. If you go early in the morning it's less crowded. When it started to get around noon we saw alot more ppl coming in.

I just arrived at this location to dry my clothes and was told that they close at 10pm. On this page, it specifically states that they usually close at 11pm. I also now see that this has been an issue in the past, but for some reason it has not been updated. This creates a huge inconvenience for customers when information is inaccurate. Extremely unsatisfied.

Honestly the best laundromat in Valparaiso. Very clean and quiet. The machines are in decent order. As it's open 24 hours, you get the option of coming in whenever - which is great for someone with a busy schedule, or just your average night owl. The attendant I've met was very nice, not the average "stare at you like they just really want you to go home" kind of attendants I've met in the past. Definitely a nice place to spend a couple of hours. My only complaint is that the tv's can get really loud if there are only a couple of machines running - basically, towards the evening. Definitely bring headphones.

I just moved to the Valpo area about a month ago and have yet to get a washer and dryer so i had to find a place close to haul a bunch of laundry. As i walked in I was greeted by Grace who was more than friendly! She actually talked with me and even tried to help my daughter with her homework as i was loading up the machines. The facility is very clean as well. Definitely recommended!

When I originally came in to drop off my laundry there was an issue with the attendant behind the register I left angry and didn’t use their wash and fold service. Upon the owner doing investigation he reached out to me explain to me the error and for my inconvenience to also keep me as a customer washed my load that I was going to drop off for free. I’m not writing this review because he decided to wash my clothes for free I’m writing this review because the owner personally reach out to me and rectify the issue apologizing and making a customer happy. It’s all about customer service and he went above and beyond.

My 7 year old could've done a better job washing and folding clothes. The way my clothes were washed and folded felt like it was such a bother to the person who did it. Clothes were blatantly folded inside out and quickly so it wasn't even a proper fold. The detergent they used smelled nice but didn't clean clothes well. Price was cheap, but so was the service. I got what I paid for. I'll be looking for another place to try....

Two weeks in a row they have been out quarters. Thanks to family express for helping me out. The management should be checking the change machines daily. They are a clean establishment, but the fact that this is now 2 weeks in a row I will go to details laundy from now on.

Decided to try this place due to it's awesome reviews. Decided to go elsewhere due to the fact that there is absolutely no parking. There was two spaces for pickup and drop off only, and only 4 spaces (all used) in the whole lot that were not reserved for the other businesses in the strip. It's hard to use a facility when you cannot park anywhere near it.

I was bringing my clothes here for wash and fold service. It’s a hit or miss depending on who is washing your clothes. Sometimes my clothes did not even smell like they were washed with soap. A couple of times I have come to check my clothes and some items were missing. They are not very organized when they are folding your clothes. Sometimes I have come home with other people’s clothes.

They said they press shirts then charged me 26$. My girl went to pick our clothes up and seen the worker "ironing" our clothes at the time and said "almost done" we got the shirts back worse than they were before. Took them back a second time. When she went to pick them up AGAIN the (worker still ironing) the lady came to the counter saying that we shouldn't call and complain. I paid for a service that this company failed to provide. if you iron shirts then just tell the customers that you iron shirts. It might save a crummy review next time. The end result was I bought a better iron because even after bringing it to this place 2 times they still looked really bad.
