This place ROYALLY SCREWED me. I took a trench coat in to be cleaned early last week, and they told me it'd be ready on Thursday. So I come back Thursday, pick up the coat and take it home only to find out it hadn't been cleaned at all. The coffee stain I had taken it in for in the first place was still there, and it didn't even smell clean. So I took it back, and the manager apologized, and told me he'd have it cleaned again and that it'd be ready on Saturday after 5pm. I go today to pick it up, and they don't have my coat. It didn't get delivered as promised. I leave for a trip to London (which is what I needed the coat for in the first place) tomorrow, and I will no longer have any coat to keep me warm. I don't even know if they have the coat at all because the woman who helped me couldn't locate my ticket # -- that's a $250 trench coat that this place potentially lost. And where am I going to find a coat in Hawaii in late April?? This has been the worst experience, and to top it all off, after the woman at the desk couldn't help me and didn't offer any kind of suggestions for how she was going to fix the problem -- only repeating over and over again, the coat ins't here -- she had the nerve to yell out to me very loudly as I walking out the door, "Have a nice day!" So passive aggressive and rude. I'll be asking for a refund as soon as I can speak to the manager and will NEVER come back here again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Complete and utter disappointment. Trusting Aloha Dry Cleaners and Laundry to care for my work shirts was a huge mistake. I brought some of my work shirts to this establishment and specifically requested that they be dry cleaned as I wanted to preserve the shape and quality of the fabric. The lady at the front tells me that the shirts do not need to be dry cleaned and can be simply washed (if I wanted to wash them I would just do it myself). I tell her again that I prefer them to be dry cleaned, hand my shirts to her as she inputs information into her computer. Before I leave, I politely confirm with her that the shirts will be dry cleaned and not washed, she acknowledges with a yes. Days later I pick up my shirts, take them home, I lift the plastic covering off and feel the shirts, I can instantly feel that they were washed and not dry cleaned as I had requested. I look at my receipt and see that they indeed did not dry clean my shirts as I had asked them three times to do. The shirt collars have lost their shape and overall they do not fit the same as the others which have been dry cleaned. That and all the shirts have a weird crease above the top button which were not there previously. $700.00 worth of my work shirts now in my rotation that do not fit anywhere as near as I would like them to. All because Aloha Dry Cleaners and Laundry failed to follow my simple request, which I made three times.

Congrats on losing a customer. Come in for next day service listed on your website and told you only do that at your primary location. Advertise correctly or not at all......

The staff were friendly and they were miracle workers at getting the stains out of my clothes. I think some of the reviews on here are describing previous management. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences - military-friendly to boot!

Ever since new management has taken over this location from Ceasars Cleaners the service has improved 110 percent. Staff are all very friendly and appreciative of your patronage. Very good cleaning services and decent prices. Location is easy to get to with in front parking.
