OK, I don’t write reviews as often as I should, but this one I just had to do. I live in Peachtree City, GA. My clothes dryer recently broke, and I do laundry for a family of four. Not good. When searching for a nearby laundry mat, I came across “Peach State Laundry” on Google, which is located in near-by Fayetteville. What a wonderful company! Free pickup and free delivery, and no tips necessary, nor expected (seriously... I called; that’s what I was told). I gave them 4 HUGE bags of clothes WITH HANGERS. Because this was a one-time thing, it cost me $1.60 per pound (it’s less if you use them all the time). They hung up all of my family’s clothes, basically wrinkle-free, and delivered them to my door the next day. All I had to do is just hang them up in our closets, and I was done. SIMPLE! Once my dryer is fixed, I’m seriously thinking of blowing it up just to I can have a reason to use Peach State Laundry’s service again. Highly recommend!! The owner, Richard Campbell, is totally hands-on. He’s the man who actually picked up my laundry to begin with (not that you even need to be home; see their site regarding that). Honestly, just a wonderful service for people like me in a jam, for people who want to treat themselves every now and then, and for people who really are just way to busy to spend hours doing the laundry. Thank you, Mr. Campbell, and everyone at Peach State Laundry! You’re the best!!!!

Not too friendly at all!!!! Customer service is important to me. The establishment is clean however and machines are in good shape . I just feel like they really don’t want me there . Don’t worry-, won’t be back!

I wish I could write a good review for this place, but the owner Mr. Campbell is beyond rude and egotistical and has a short fuse. Ive never felt so degraded and belittled in my entire life! If you want your business do actually succeed and do well, consider reevaluating your attitude and humble yourself Mr. Campbell!! No wonder why this place is slowly dying.
