Hands down #1 laundry mat in Albany! They have single load, four load, six load, and eight load washers that washes quick and extremely well. Well kept facility and ALL MACHINES ARE IN WORKING ORDER! Although the parking lot is always packed, there are always plenty of available machines for use whenever I visit.

The employees are rude. If you ask for change to get a smaller bill so you can get change from the machine they act like you've just asked them to lift your car by hand. Most recently they took my clothes out of the dryer and put them in a basket. I was late coming to get them so it was my fault however why did they take my clothes out? There was no one waiting to use the dryer, they weren't busy. I wasn't even that late. Twenty minutes. That's how late I was. I have been here before and there will be no dryers open but ten will be done with no one there to take them out. Did they come and clear out the dryers then? No they did not. Thanks Fluff and Fold. I will not be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised that this laundromat had everything I needed. All the washers and dryers worked and so did the change machine. I like when I'm still able to use quarters instead of the new age card thing alot of these self service laundromats are switching too. The bathroom was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. They have the quick wash washers and although I was a little scared about a washer that takes just 14 minutes to do a load of clothes my work clothes were clean.

I have used this laundromat for almost two years, and I love it. They have many machines with a variety of size and price options. They also keep those machines well maintained, and usually 100% of them are up and running. There's a coin changer so you can turn your cash into quarters, but no ATM. Altogether you can get a massive amount of laundry done very quickly here, and it has a decent atmosphere.

Many large capacity washers up to 6 loads size (60 lbs). Clean environment with t.v.'s and a change machines. Drop off laundry service is offered here at a great price .99 a pound. Only thing I don't care for is that it costs $1.25 to start the dryer and if you let it stop and your clothes only need a few more minutes then your stuck putting in the full cost to start the dryer again.

This is one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever seen in the five years I've been a travel nurse. The large machine is not inexpensive, it's $4.50 a load but the dryers are a $1.25 load relatively speaking, and I've never had a problem or an issue while I was there. And as I need a laundromat I will continue to go there which ad of this writing is three times. I will most definitely return to them.

For a laundry facility, this is the best. The dryers always dry your clothes first go around. That's important. If you've ever been to one that you had to start over again when the cycle finished, you'll know what I mean. No one has time like that. It's very frustrating, but here, easy peasy. The staff are friendly and try to keep things tidy. I do wish customers would pick up their dryer sheets and such. Keeping a place clean shows your gratitude that you have such a nice place to your laundry. Imagine if we all had to use a washing board and clothes line! That would be rough.
