I took a suit jacket to them to get dry cleaned. It had a dirt spot on the sleeve, hence why I took it to them. I received it the next day to find the same dirt spot on it. It looked like they didn’t do anything to the jacket and just gave it back to me.

Never again. Had a pair of boots heels repaired. But before I left them I plainly asked the lady if they were able to be repaired. She said yes ma'am. Because I stated if they weren't going to work I wasn't going to put the money in them. The bill was $21 . The day I got them I wore them the next day to church and they didn't last til I got home. I took them back and just picked them up . They look terrible he smerd glue all over the heels. Very noticible. And made a bad nick in the front but of course the lady said that was already there and I must have fallen in the boots. No lady I know how to walk in heels. Been doing it since I was 13 , making me a pro by now. In the end I got what I got not repaired and in worst condition than when I took them.
