Beware ! At cornutts laundry and dog wash you can “reserve” dryers while your wash is still in the washer by putting dryer sheets in the dryer.

Prices are way too highly ESPECIALLY for this area. Though attitudes are, even higher. This place charges the same as a pick up and delivery service for standard wash and fold.... Plus, they charge EXTRA to separate your clothes!!!! Basically charging you more to do it PROPERLY!!!! ****Update: 12/27/18**** Steer clear from this place... Brian SPECIFICALLY is combative, defensive and has an attitude that won't quit and the owners are just as bad by 1) keeping him there 2) communicating our problems with another low level employee WITHOUT ever contacting us about the continual problems and 3) never rectifying the problem!!!! Chamber of Commerce and BBB here we come.

I moved to Sautee in December. Been using the wash and fold service, which is excellent to start with. Now I'm washing my own, the laundry is kept immaculate, the dryers and washer are well maintained and clean. The price of a wash or dry is very reasonable and both units hold large amounts of wash. Clean inside and out...its great!! This is a well maintained and operated establishment.

Clean establishment and I was able to wash 3 King Size blankets for less than it costs to wash only one at my nearby laundromat and cleaners in Dahlonega. It was well worth the short drive over.

There are not reasonable accommodations here for people with disabilities. I asked to move 1 chair so i can sit because my hips and back are broken and they would not let me. The ladies were rude and unreasonable. The owner is also rude and unreasonable. I couldn't move 1 chair because it would disturb someone doing laundry and there was no one in here doing laundry.

It's the only coin operated laundromat in Cleveland. But they close at 7 pm (changed from 8) and will not allow you to add Laundry after 6 pm. That makes it hard for people who work full time, pick up the kids, load the clothes up and get to the laundromat by 6pm. Employees are rude. One guy there was really nice, but he was cleaning the parking lot.
