The machines worked, and people were generally nice, but the place REALLY needs some upkeep as far as regular tidying up. Seems to have regulars that know which machines work the fastest or best, but I just felt the urge to clean up the dirty floors and wipe down the machines. Good to have it nearby though!

I highly recommend City Laundromat! The building is quite large and has numerous washers and dryers. The prices are fair and the building is clean. The owner is on-site and sells detergents. The machines are always in working-order. There are plenty of tables for sorting and folding, and there are a lot of carts. Drink vending machine and a restaurant at the other end of the strip. I have been doing my laundry here each week for nearly 3 years

Good and maintained well. A bit more expensive, but you know the machines work and you will get what you pay. The vending machines are in good working order, you can watch TV or do other things. It's great for a laundromat!

SERVICE AND PRODUCT SELECTION 1) This location is a wonderful laundromat that offers the core service of washing and drying your clothes as self-service. 2) There are wash and fold services available too for a price being just over $1.00 per pound (we could use verification from our community) AMENITIES AND OFFERINGS 1) There are ice creams and gumball dispensers for the youngsters. 2) There are drink vending machines 3) There are differing detergent and fabric treaters available for prices that are not absurd in my opinion at all. 4) The machines are kept very clean, and are well maintained. This is where this location in competition with the laundromat in Roswell, has won me as their patron and to no use Roswell's location as a primary option for me. 5) There are plenty of seats, and the folding tables are plentiful. Crowded backups for tables are minimal, and in this location, to my impression, never hostile, as we know it can be at times. 6) The smallest washing machine starts with 9 quarters. There are larger capacity drums with prices still relatively low. 7) Driers are hot! They also have other selectable temperature settings. 8) Smaller driers start with 1 quarter, and I believe additional quarters provide somewhere from perhaps 8 to 10 minutes drying time to be added. (Another patron here could definitely help confirm this). PERSONAL COMMENTARY This location is a fair competitor to another laundromat in Roswell, GA. Here, I have a wonderful time inside watching my clothes go round-n-round. The staff see me as a normal fixture here, and my time is always cordial with other users, and workers happily tending to our needs. The trust level with me is built. I definitely earned their trust to the point where I'm in a way at 'help yourself,' status. This is great, as it makes me feel much more human while I spend my hours ther folding the little laundry I have. Other locations seem to be a bit more absurd with the prices to get a washer started. Driers seem to be expensive at other locations I have visited too.

Come here because they're about to only one laundromat in town . They clean out where you put in the soap it's always powder buildup liquid-filled up whatever no matter if you have an allergy to certain soap or not you cannot use this place. The floors are never clean there's cockroaches running around. like I said the only reason I go yours it's only one in town I know of

This place was a Godsend after moving and storing some of our clothes in boxes. I had a very prompt response after filling out the online pick up form and the clothes were picked up soon after. Communication was great and my clothes were returned clean and smelling fresh, no stains anywhere! My instructions were followed explicitly and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!!

Open nice and early when I needed em. Place was clean, they have lots of big washers, lots of smaller ones too. It was my 1st time there, and staff was very friendly and informative. I do wish your machines took credit/debit cards, I just assumed they did. The cashier ran my debit and gave me cash like an ATM, no fee. I then bought 6 rolls of quarters and plugged em all in one by one which takes a while. Kind of annoying but not a deal breaker. Some dryers don't get as hot as some others on the same settings, some were just kinda hot and some were REAL hot. One dryer had no heat altogether, I started moving the clothes to a different dryer. The owner came right over and added that dryer time to another working machine out of her own pocket, immediately, without me even asking. Superior customer service, I was impressed. Whatever your location is next to was stinking bad out in the parking lot. I'm glad that didn't waft inside your store! Overall good experience. I'll go back next time.

Pretty dirty everywhere. Hairs floating around, the place where you put in detergent is caked up with ancient detergents and dirt. I thought we bring laundry here to get it clean... It would be nice if it were clean for the customers.

Rude lady, she should focus on cleaning this place and helping the people instead of being rude and sitting on her butt. This place would be awesome if it was clean and had a nicer customer service. She wasn't rude to me but I clearly heard her speak to other ppl. She needs to go home.
