We own a condo in Kissimmee but our permanent residence is in Pennsylvania. We received a call at our permanent residence from a resident of our condo that the condo next to us had a toilet pipe burst causing water damage in our condo. Being so far away at the time we didn't know what to do. We contacted our insurance company in Florida and they referred us to Servpro. We called and with in about an hour there was a crew at our condo removing our carpet and extracting the water. They followed up within the next four or five days with fans and a dehumidifier to remove any dampness in the walls. We were by pleased with their service. All the Servpro employees were very efficient and friendly. The only complaint we had was in regard to the crew that removed our baseboards. The forgot to take the baseboards with them to be discarded.

ServPro is VERY dependable! My fiance and I are both firefighters, which requires us to be gone for 24 hours at a time for our shifts. Also, we both work in the emergency rooms at two different hospitals. That is three jobs each! Needless to say, we are so very busy. One day, we noticed our spare bedroom was completely flooded from a busted water pipe! Dan was able to put a lockbox on our front door, and come/go when they needed to do the work. The incident occurred just a couple of months before our wedding day. All of the original stress and anxieties we had about the incident were completey subside when Dan came over for an estimate. They took care of every single aspect of the job, and we had no worries at all! They were fast, efficient, and were very professional. Our room looks amazing. Seth and I couldn't of been any happier with our entire encounter with ServPro. Dan and Jenny were so very kind!

When I learned I was expecting my first child, I finally became concerned about the musty smell throughout my condo. They thoroughly inspected everything and pointed out where the mold was coming up from. I would have never have known. Best of all, they got rid of all of it before the bay was born. Had water overflow from a washing machine at my rental condo in Kissimmee. Called Servpro who got me in touch with Dan on a cell phone. He was able to mobilize his crew on a Sunday to extract the water in the whole condo, remove the carpeting, and use in wall dryers so I would not have to replace drywall. They only needed to remove the baseboard and drill holes in the walls to make sure no moisture was in the area between the walls. The pricing was fair for the job that was done. It would have cost much more if they did not have the ability to remove the moisture from the walls. This was all done with me being in Pennsylvania and Dan contacting me 2 times a day and sending pictures of the progress. I recommend using Dan and Servpro if water damage happens to you!

My husband has worked for Servpro for nearly 18 years. Dan Hougaard has more certifications behind his name, not all of them can fit on his business card. The reason behind his on going education in restoration, was for one reason and one reason only. To make sure every home he goes into is treated with the up most knowledge of how to take a home back to where it was before it damaged. I am very proud of my husband who is the Franchise Manager of Servpro of Osceola County for the past 4 and 1/2 years. Working for Servpro, you don't work a normal week of 9-5. You work until the job is done. Sometimes he works all week and all weekends especially during the stormy and hurricane season and that can mean holidays as well. He loves his family dearly, but he will treats your family; as they are his family during your times of need. Dan wants to make sure every homeowner has moral support throughout the process. He answers all the questions, to make sure the homeowner knows what they are going to receive and what to expect. How can you not be proud of someone who gives so unselfishly and his boss is the same way. I am so proud he is there to help each and every one of you. You can always expect a 110% from him. Their claim is..after they are finished...."Just as if it never even happened"....It's more than true. After they are finished...you home will look BETTER...than it looked before your disaster happened! We were out of state, when we got a call from our neighbors, saying water is coming out of your front door and garage. I told my neighbor where to turn it off. Then I called my insurance company ...and they gave me a claim number. I then called Servpro of Osceola County, gave them my claim number, and the same day...within hours of my call...they were there to take care of the problem. When we returned home the following week, the house was stripped of all laminate flooring, base boards, and damaged cabinets, and what really impressed me was,,..there was absolutely no oder of mold! In about six weeks time after my call, my house had a whole new fresh look...All I can say is..."Thank You ServPro..for good professional people, great conscientious craftsmen, and a job very well done".
