I'm completely dumbfounded by how little the operators care about losing $800 worth of my clothing. No apology. No attempt to make things right or resolve anything. What I got was a shrug and an "oh well" attitude. I've been coming to this place for about two years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I wasn't rude, I wasn't impolite or aggressive... just really disappointed. I cannot believe I was treated like this. I asked what the policy is for lost clothing and the response is "Store Credit". So let me get this straight; you lose my property and want me to give you MORE of it? No thanks. I understand mistakes happen, but store credit doesn't put clothing back in my closet.

This place is terrible with customer service. I gave them 13 shirts and they lost 5 of them and telling me that I never gave them that many shirts. They say they don't have it because nobody brought them back to them if we have mistakingly given them to some other customer. The manager is terrible. There are other places to take our clothes and we need to do this to teach them a lesson in customer service.

Unfortunately I cannot give this "dry cleaners" less than one star. My slacks that were brand new worn twice are now pilling in ruined. A brand new expensive body suit is ruined. When I asked about the body Sue the lady ott dry cleaner USA told me that sometimes it's the fabric and they cannot go in the dryer." That is when I reminded her that I dropped it off to be dry cleaned. So for the cost of $63 I lost over a $100 in clothes. Rest assured (sarcasm) I was told to see Theresa at 8am... If only I didn't work, then I would have time to hear more completely ridiculous excuses. On a side note while I was waiting for my clothes the lady try to give a guy the wrong clothes.

Terrible experience overall. Customer service is horrible. Dirty facility and they usually loose yoir clothes and never get delivered on time.

Took my $200 outfit there after Memorial Weekend. The girl took my clothes it's 3 weeks now and they are telling me they can't find my clothes. The manager will not take my calls. I go there every day asking what's gonna happen and I'm not getting good any response.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is one of the worst dry cleaners I have ever experienced. I brought a WHITE dress and got it back GREY with black stains all over it. The manager, Sharon, told me it was my fault and all she could do was give me a $20 credit.. for my $80 dress. AND I still needed to pay for it. The customer service here is out of this world - rolling your eyes, ignoring you, speaking over you. I was there for 10 minutes, and THREE customers walked out just by seeing this service. I received the owners number, however he is on vacation and his phone is off. I will never go back here again and hope none of you do as well.

Took in a favourite Tshirt with makeup stainsee if it was possible to clean. Overweight woman was slouched out behind counter apparently sleeping. Made it clear she was not interested in cleaning item. Told me to wash the mark out by hand. Very slovenly.

I have to say I have been a loyal customer at this location for 10 + years. Unfortunately this was my last transaction here. Today I was helped by a lady called “K”, she was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Nothing but negative comments here, but I brought in a suit, they cleaned it well for a fair price and they were incredibly friendly and fast. I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews.

Stay Away unless you don't mind losing your clothes here! I used them for about a year and had no issues initially. Then one day I came by to pick up two(expensive) business shirts and they said the shirts were missing. No apologies whatsoever and with a "don't care" attitude. They explained that there was nothing they could do. I NEVER went back to them again. I can't trust them. I found another local dry cleaner and have been using these other folks for a while now with no issues.

It is terrible, no customer service, they give you a price when you first walk in and when you go back to pick up your clothes they change the price to a greater amount then the first price given,also they give you a receipt with no price on it.
