I don't usually write reviews, but as a warning to anyone thinking of using this company, STAY AWAY. I hired ALSCO to bring towels and toiletries to my business, I refused to sign a service contract, they started service without the contract. Then, they had employee with zero authority or knowledge of what he was signing, sign a contract. Fast forward a couple years, every week something was missing from our delivery, either toilet paper, paper towels or bar towels, all while we were still being charged. I finally fired ALSCO out of necessity, and now I'm in a nasty court battle with them where I'm being held to contract I never signed, or had any intention of signing. To quote, their accounting department, "They always get paid." So, if you want to hire a company, get terrible service, get ripped off, then battle them in court, spend more money on attorneys than the contract is worth, and waste valuable time, hire ALSCO.

If i had 0 starts tongive also i would john the sale guy promised to be here with his boss and never did show up... i rased my concern with a franshisor and he contacted john... this guy tells him he promise to be there and never did show up... theybqre allways short on towels and allways have issue going on with drivers... im switching to another service and they can kiss my ass with there contract...
