Would not use they cleaned property from my mothers home fire they were given my fathers military burial flag it has been 10 months and multiple calls and emails with no response all other property was returned except for the flag which is irreplaceable

After being a loyal customer for years, and spending thousands of dollars with this company, I can now say I cannot ever endorse them based on my experience today. My debit card was lost 6 days ago so I ordered a new one. I mistakenly did not update all of my accounts (dry cleaners are not exactly top of mind), and when they tried to run it on the 1st it was declined. An email was sent but got caught in my secondary folders. I never saw it. They sent me a text yesterday. Again, I didn't see it because it looked to me like the texts they send when they asking about pickup. At this point it had been 4 days, and only 2 business days. Today I got another text- less than 24 hours after the last one. It threatened me with legal action if I didn't pay. This was after only 5 days and 3 business days and they send me a text that says: "We have been attempted to contact you regarding balance on your account, but no answer from you. In result, your account will be served in legal action and you will be charges for additional legal fees." That's verbatim — grammar, spelling errors and all. No one called. No letter was received, like a legitimate company would do. I called the number provided and they couldn't help me. They were going to escalate immediately and have a manager reach out. No one called. So today I paid them their $40 and never want to deal with them ever again. Absolutely disgusting.

Their clothing pick-up and delivery is extremely convenient, however I’m leaving this business only 2 stars because they’ve failed to return items and pick-up items on several occasions. I’d be less critical if they told me flat out that they couldn’t deliver/pick-up items, instead of saying they will and then not doing it. Edit: Updated rating to reflect the fact they contacted me and did a last minute pickup and return.

For the past several months I've been using Tweeds, looking back I wish I would have joined the club sooner. I appreciate their efficiency, transparency and attention to detail when it comes to customer service. I recently had a scheduling issue (caused by me) and asked them to re-route my orders. They did so without hesitation. Paul K assisted and was very courteous. The service is high tech and less prone to error, also headache-free. The delivery works well for hectic schedules, no more rushing to the dry cleaner before they close. The amazon of dry cleaning. Well done and please continue to excel.

We have used this service for several years. While it's not the cheapest around, the pick up and delivery is very convenient. We've been pleased with the work they do. Our driver, Cesar, is great - always has a smile, helpful and reliable.

Worst experience ever! They pulled the hem out of my $4,000 dress...left it with stains still on it and charged me $250 and said they would only refund me $50! They even came back and picked up the dress to "look at it themselves" because they couldnt believe the pictures and said they couldn't believe they did such a horrible job! They never refunded me... don't ever use this business! Awful...

Burned my $250 theory shirt, they asked me to send it in for them to look at and said it does not have the barcode. You can clearly see the residue from where the barcode was. Do not use them they destroy clothing!!

While i was there i overheard many people orders that are not right missing clothing from there orders. The pickup and drop off convenient But when you don't get ypur stuff back and comes with stains what the sense. I recommend not using there service. It's very disorganized facility.
