Unfortunately I didn't make it to my second cleaning, even though I was very satisfied with my first! Ann Marie's team was great. Now, I scheduled my second cleaning, called to move it and request Ann Marie and was told "oh sure no problem I've got you down". Today, after getting no confirmation, call, and a no show, I learn they didn't reschedule and put in my request for Ann Marie, they just CANCELED IT and can't schedule me again until Friday, after thanksgiving. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm so disappointed because I liked Ann Marie! Now I'm rushing to call other services praying someone is free this week! Update: they did try to call me back hours later to schedule tomorrow. While I appreciate that, thankfully, I found another service that can come today (my day off).
