I have been going there for about a month. No problems until i unpacked a bag and found that a white shirt was underneath a colored shirt. Of course I have my receipt with all specs. Took items back. Spoke with ARLENE who was very argumentative with regard to her staff mixing whites and colors. It was obvious from the colors of the shirt and the way my white shirt was stained it was their fault. ARLENE said she would call me back...Im still waiting.....

It's been 8 months since coming to this laundromat. First all was good washer and dryer always worked not to many down. Now it's the opposite, alot of washers & dryers not working from previous weeks. All the carts almost gone, understand not the owners fault, its crazy trying to get a cart to remove your clothes from a large machine if you can even get one. I frquent this laundryomat late at night or early in the am, any other time is a waste for me.

Always a pleasure to do the "unwanted laundry" at this cool laundromat. With the massage chairs at so cheap price $5 = 15 Min deep tissue massage. Plus a kids area in the back & a decent size flat screen TV to keep the kiddos entertain I'll say this is a great place to come and get over the ugly "laundry day"

I have been coming to this laundromat for the past 4 years, the service and quality has decreased significantly. The washing machines are either out of service or do not do a good job cleaning the clothes. The place is usually trashy, inconsistent curbside service, understaffed, staff has been rude and inattentive. The waiting area in the rear is unsafe, especially for children. The laundromat sucks! I will be utilizing another laundromat. I have already notified family and friends about their service and quality!

I'm a single parent of 4 children, and getting laundry accomplished can be time consuming. I decided to drop my cloths off on a Saturday midnight, and try their service. My cloths was ready the next morning, and to top it off. I got a $20 discount toward a $40 service. The staff and owner were very professional and made the experience worth visiting again. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Wasn't what I expected! Thought it would be a cafe and laundry mat but it was just a laundry mat and a coffee machine that you could order coffee from. They do have stores near by which was amazing! Family dollar was literally right next door, Dunkin donuts was across the street!

I was shocked at how much it costs to use a dryer at a laundromat in this day and age, but I'm sure the price here is the same as everywhere else. Regardless, this place is staffed 24/7, yes... A laundromat that is not afraid to stay open overnight. If I had to utilize a laundromat all the time I would love to tend to my laundry latenight because less people are there and I'm a night owl by nature. Anyway, it's clean there's plenty of room, the restrooms are kept clean and they do sell extra laundry items that you may have forgotten or just run short or could even be an emergency, but they are right there in the vending machine and not just one use items there are small bottles of detergents, softeners, etc... I noticed the ladies folding the clothes of people who just drop off their clothes and pay the facility to do the dirty work. I may try that someday. The price is fair per pound especially for wash, dry, fold and package for you to take home and put away. There are also massage chairs, vending machines, coffee machine (Dunkin donuts is right across the lot about 50ft away). If you live close to this place or maybe further and have means to transport your laundry I would definitely recommend this location. ~~~Also you can register your laundry card that you deposit money onto and therefore if it's lost it can be replaced~~~

The service is reasonably priced except for the blanket service which I think is to high, other wise I would have given 5 stars. The laundry Cafe has several Laundromats I thought that this open being in the temple area.Would be clean always have working washers and dryers and the staff woukd be professional. A Dream the staff is unprofessional rude and nasty they'll sit on the floor talking about customers coming in Washington close or the homeless people or the children that live across the ways an apartment right Island open in front of everybody that is way unprofessional meanwhile half the dryers and washers work., and the bathrooms are out of order for weeks at a time. There are plenty laundromats witb free WiFi internet that have washers and dryers that work and kind professional staff most of all clean bathrooms that work while you're waiting for your clothes to get washed don't go here.

Awesome place to get your dirties cleaned and it doesn't take very long or a ton of money. They also provide a drop of service which is charged by the pound and I have opted for that service a few times and was extremely pleased on the turn around time (anywhere from same day to next day) and price was very affordable. Staff is usually nice, friendly and helpful, and the dryers are the best I've seen in a long time. The Dryers dry your clothes in as fast as 25 minutes. Sometimes though there are some really ignorant patrons in there that can be loud and obnoxious leaving me want to get out of there quicker. otherwise though tolerable. best times in my opinion to go is early morning or late at night when it isn't crowded.

I've been to this location several times and I've never had my clothes taking out of the dryers or washers and as soon as new people start working there the employees started taking clothes out of then washer and dryers. I almost left a lot of clothes behind because one of the employees took my clothing out and put it in a place where I couldnt really see it.thank God I looked to my left b4 I walked out and seen a big basket of my kids clothes.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I remember opening day. The excitement of a new business and all the smiles and good wishes that go into opening day. Then as the years fell away and you watched the out of service signs begin to take over, the Free Wi-Fi disappear, chairs to sit in while you wait for clothes to finish, clean floors and curb service lacking, you wonder has the business changed hands. I was disappointed in the lack of clean environment and the amount of clothes left in dryers and washing machines, added to the out of service signs and i began to wonder if it was time to move on. The Olney Plaza Cafe needs a do over to bring back those features offered on opening day. The prices went up, but the cleanliness, attention to customer needs, working and available machines have gone down.

It was nice and clean in here. I like the fact that there's entertainment for the whole family. They have curbside assistance to help you with your bags. The only thing I didnt like about this laundry was the low water pressure or flow when it came to the washer machines. Me personally; I like to see my cloths being submerged in soapy water:/ I had to make sure my cloths were actually getting wet:( 6 load machince not overloaded, I should have seen something:/

Clean, affordable, and always open. What more can you ask for. They even have free dry. What initially caught my eye was the fact that they are always opened. Its convenient if you work during the day. Its nice to know i can come at 2a.m to do my laundry. Plus they are located at a strip mall/shopping center so ample parking space.

It was my first time there, my husband went to park and a gentleman told him to back up cause he was an employee there and that was his parking. He was very rude about the entire situation. First off the parking didn’t say employees only nor did it had his name on it. And on top of that he was rude. I will never set a foot in that laundry mate do to poor customer service. He could have been a little polite about the situation.

This laundromat is great they have at least 7 60 inch screen TVs in there so there's no worry about what show can be watched. The washers and dryers are plentiful in there it's comfortable you have plenty of tables to fold your clothes to clean restrooms they even wash and fold your clothes have coffee on site plenty of clothes carts to move your laundry around don't have to wait for clothes cart like the laundromat around the corner on 15th and Hunting Park. I was going to that laundromat on Hunting Park for about six years until they built laundry Cafe I no longer go there anymore the owner of that laundromat on Hunting Park his name is Kim he treat the customers not only the customers but its employees with no respect at all a lot of the employees that work there left there and went to work at laundry Cafe. I'm glad this place is there now that way you don't have to put up with Kim and his wife they are too rude orientals. I don't think they'll be open for long I go by there sometime it's empty in there so for all you people and the neighborhood switch to the laundry Cafe great place to do your laundry

I've been supporting this location since business opened. I took pride in supporting a black business. But the QUALITY has DECREASED TREMENDOUSLY. If the machines work, they are FILTHY AF. Oh how I wish I could post the video to comment. Some of the staff members are rude as hell. Only reason I came here is because it’s 24 hours, and didn’t want to drive to H&Z laundry. Worst mistake. I put my money into the card, and check the prices for the laundry detergent which is in the vending machines. $5 for a tiny Gain! I suck it up since it’s 2 am and I can’t run to a store, i put the extra $5 into my laundry card. Only then to find out the vending machines don’t even work. Luckily a woman offered to buy my card (which had 5 dollars on it). Also would like to mention I had to use an extra 5$ because I received barely any free drys for the 2 $6.99 machines! Waste of money, won’t come back here. STAFF = RUDE.

I used to love going here. So much that when I moved I had laundry in my apt complex but still went there. Unfortunately, I will not go there again. I went there sat overnight. I washed my clothes and put them in the dryer. Because I washed 30 dollars in clothes I had a significant amount of free dry. I put my clothes in for 48 minutes each. I went to drop my friend off when I came back both of my dryers were open and my clothes were still wet. When I asked they gave me some bogus excuse about the dryer opening on their own. I restarted them and stood there and not once did it open. Even if it did open why didn't one of the workers close it they were stand right there and the guy was walking back and forth. Not only dud i loose drying time but i didnt get home until 4 in the morning. I will not go back there and if you do watch your belongings.

It's a laundromat that's open 24hours, so points for that. The seating situation is ass, though ...they have 2 massage chairs in the front and everything else is hard ass, middle school lunch room seat plastic. TVs are always fuzzy as hell so they're rendered irrelevant. Usually some bad ass kids running around. A lot of the largest sized washers are usually "out of order for routine maintenance" so I have to wait a lot to get one of the big ones. Overall I bypass 2 laundromats to get to this one, so I guess it's cool lol.

Had them wash,dry, and fold for a few years. ..now they lost our clothes by giving it to someone else and wouldn't call us to tell us anything about their investigation on what happens ..the people eventually came back and we're getting ready to get our stuff back, which is a lot better than trying to get reimbursement on old clothes (who actually pays attention to what clothes are being washed is beyond me

24 hours can't beat it EDIT: from five stars to two. Being open 24 hours is the only redeeming quality of this place. At any one time, at least a quarter of the washers and dryers are out of order. I signed up before my birthday last year to get a free double wash. I came in after I got the email, put my clothes in a large washer, and went to the clerk to redeem my double wash. They then inform me that I can't use the large one for the free double wash. P.S. in the email there was absolutely no fine print or exceptions. I had to schlep my dirty clothes across the facility and split up the load. This time, a year later, I knew to redeem it first. However the clerk just added $3.50 to my card. When I got to the smallest washer, the total for a double wash was $7.39. There is a place behind KFC on Broad. I think I am going to go there from now on. I have heard it is half the price.

My experiences here have all been great! Very helpful staff. Always have plenty of washers and dryers, and bonus drying is free!!! Numerous large screen tvs, massage chairs, and vending machines.

1. Employees will move your belongings without notice, even when the place is EMPTY....I had to ask the woman for my BAGS back. 2. Do you clean your machines? What occurred in the photos happened 3-4 times already, but THIS was the absolute WORST. 3. Faulty machines. The manager said that the machine had been acting up, but it will still run for the same amount of time. Basically, I had 2 machines, started them at the same time One started at 27 minutes and the other started at 15 minutes. Of course, she was wrong, and the one at 15 minutes ended sooner. I tried to look for her afterwards, and she was MIA. 4. NEVER go on Sundays.

The staff are no help do more talking than helping...not enough big carts or the ones with the rack to hang clothes. Management should be ashame of themselves. I guarantee the other locations are not short on laundry baskets. It's time to find another laundromat. Its ashame I can't continue to support a black owned business. This is why black and brown people don't support each other business because you drop the ball all the time. They have roaches too....I don't fold my clothes on tables anymore I seen a roach while folding my clothes....I don't have roaches and not taking any home

Lots of machines and dryers are mostly free. The dryers literally dry clothe in under 30 min. Never have I been able to wash 3 huge loads of clothes in about an hour. Place is clean and depending on what time you go it's never that crowded. Love this place Even has massage chairs, refreshments and lots of big flat screen tv's. Highly recommend this place. They even have a 1 day turn around if you want then to do your laundry, priced by the pound and inexpensive to boot.

I have a washer and dryer in my home, but this place is close by and saves me so much time. I can do all my laundry, wash/dry/fold in less than an hour when otherwise I’d be working all day. It’s clean which is key. A lot of washers and dryers of various sizes. No change needed. You get a card that you just fill with cash or your debit/credit card and you’re good to go. There’s free drying with your load of laundry so that’s great too. The twenty four hour factor is also helpful when I’m up late and feeling productive. I usually don’t like to go to the laundromat, but this one doesn’t make me feel that way at all.

Great place to do laundry. Nice, new machines. There are 2 massage chairs that cost $5 for 15 minutes to use while you wait. The only bad thing is that there really aren't any other comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait other than the massage chairs.

Looks nice but don’t believe the hype. Massage chairs, well ok there are two and good luck being able to use them. People sit there and stay there. Also the price to wash a small load $5 and $9 for a large load. The only good side is the free 8mins of dryer time you get for doing a load of wash. Kids just running around like crazy all unattended! I couldn’t stand it and it’s def not worth the money.

Ghetto!!!!! I won't come here again. My reason is ; the washers mess up while you washing clothes, the machine either leaks water or your clothes don't get properly rinsed, staff be rude and unprofessional when you ask for assistance, staff always in conversation and eating while folding the garments or linen. Oh for your information my brother use to work for this laundromat; employees be clicky , they be drinking or be high at the job, employees don't finish their duties so their unfinished duties be passed on to the next exployee that shifts in causing the employee the overwork, employeess be against each other thirsty for power none the less, aaaaaand there is a lot of mixing business with pleasure, most staff don't last long. In conclusion I wouldn't work for this laundromat or give it my money!

I was skeptical about this place for quite some time. Finally I decided to try it out because I had an enormous amount of laundry to do.. Excellent prices Supreme customer service and their dryers and washers are absolutely clean and working well. And if they have the slightest issue they shut that machine down until it's fixed completely there's music there's TV there are massage chairs video games drinks anything that you want. I will always wash my clothes here until I get a washer and dryer in my own home of course.. LOL

When I first started going to this laundromat back in 2016 it was a great experience. I slowly started seeing out of order machines here and there. Then it became regular to see about 30% of their machines out of order. Plus machines that were in service but were not operating properly. You also have to pay to use the bathroom. Witch I don’t understand because I’m spending my money in this establishment. They have now loss me as a costumer 2018.

Seems nice, a different spin on the laundry Matt sense, this place has fountain drinks, and a staff that washes and folds your clothes for you, there is also a dry cleaners on site, and crib side assistance drop your clothes off, shop, eat pick your clothes up and go home, very convenient

I use to love coming to this laundromat until today 1/28/18. The guy (George) running the place on Sunday is so nasty. His customer service gets zero stars. If the management is looking at this comment when I see one of you in full details I will explain the full story and then you can run your cameras back. Strangely nice laundromat. Clean, all equipment is functioning, staff on site 24/7. Not many places like this exist. Will be coming here from now on
