This is a well overdue review. I came here a couple months ago to have my scrub tops cleaned from ink pen all over half of the top of my scrub top. I tried washing it at home, I mean I tried everything.! Came to sweet darling and they got it out within days and it didn't even look like I spilled ink pen on my top! I will definitely refer this location and if need be, I will be back again.

I came here to have a hat cleaned, I dropped my hat off on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Friday. When Friday came I received a call from a young lady stating the cleaner felt a break in my brim prior to cleaning and that it wasn't noticeable. When I dropped my hat off the brim was solid, when I picked my hat up there were several very noticeable breaks in my brim which made the structure flimsy. They tried to relinquish responsibility by notifying me of an issue after having my hat for several days. I would've respected the honesty of owning up to an error. My hat had sentimental value. I gave them 1 star because google makes me.

I needed two uniforms dry cleaned. Went over it with a younger lady told her I had two shirts, two, jackets, and two pants. The total came out as 38.80, a bit pricey compared to other cleaners around. Came back a few days later to pick them up she told me my total was 41.50, I question as to why the price changed. She found a hat and a tie in the pocket. Did not bother to call me saying that it was in there after I went over it with someone else. If I would have known it was there I would have not had them clean it because they did not needed to be cleaned. The overcharging for those two items and not calling me to let me know it was in there is ridiculous. By there last bad review I expect to get backlash and rude commentary response to this. Which is very unprofessional on their behalf. Will not be going back.
