The first laundromat I used when I moved to Wilmington. Clean, reasonably priced with free drying, ample parking and late hours (open until 11pm) make this a really good place to get your laundry done in the city of Wilmington. Also, no ridiculous amount of quarters are needed since this laundromat uses a money card system.

They are the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever met. Seem like it was a bother for them when I asked questions. The woman rolled her eyes and started speaking Spanish to the other man. Left before even doing laundry.

Originally I gave this laundromat 5 stars, but ever since they became open 24 hours it's been changing. Every time my boyfriend and I go to do laundry there are washers and dryers that aren't working and have out of service tickets on them. There have been two separate occasions where a dryer hasn't actually heated and so now I always turn them on for the 6-8 minutes that you get with one card swipe and check to see if it heated. The snack machine is never stocked, or it isn't working either. The employees here are always helpful and they're not the problem with this place and the sudden decline it's taken, if anything they probably are skimping and cutting corners because of the newer hours, but it's starting to make me think about going elsewhere to do my laundry.

Would gave it a 5 but the big lady that walks on the back of her shoes that work there told me I couldn't use the bathroom when I asked her why she got smart and said I wasn't washing my clothes but yet I got 5 loads going then she rolled her eyes and opened the door her customer service is trouble

DO NOT GO HERE! I WENT AT NIGHT, NO EMPLOYEE AFTER 7PM, YET THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 11! MACHINE TOOK MY MONEY, BEGAN WASHING MY CLOTHES, BROKE DOWN MID WASH! MACHINE WAS LOCKED AND I COULDN'T EVEN GET MY SOAKING WET CLOTHES OUT OF IT! I DID LOCATE A CLEANING WOMAN WHO SPOKE NO ENGLISH, DID NOT HAVE KEY TO OPEN MACHINE! SO I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER POSTED FOR PROBLEMS, LADY WHO ANSWERED SAID NO ONE COULD COME GET MY CLOTHES OUT OF MACHINE UNTIL 9AM THE NEXT MORNING! IT WAS 730PM WHEN I CALLED! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY CLEARLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! LIKE DUH! HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WORKING DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS! FOOLS!

This is the second time my fiancee had been physically threatened by the same for NO reason. He mistook her for someone else, and when she corrected him he got in get face and threatened to slap her. And dared her to go get her family, cause he had something for them too. We will be contacting management tomorrow, and if nothing is done. We will seek legal help. This is not ok.

Large, cleanly establishment. Open 24/7. Staff is very friendly, which was a nice change compared to the Claymont Laundromat. If ever in the area again and and in need of clean laundering, I will be back.

While in Delaware this was my laundry stop. Where can you get free time for drying after a wash. Pleasant people work here, the place is always clean, the machines are well maintained, and there is plenty of space to fold.

Suppose to be open 24 hrs. Yet me and another young lady have been waiting 24 minutes to get in. I've called and knocked on the window several times! NO ANSWER! If you're going to be open 24 hrs, make sure your staff is at work.

The lady was extremely rude I guess you wanted to get out on time but I was there at like 6 so it takes time for clothes to wash she made me feel really uncomfortable like I was in her way and she is in a provider service I don't see when I get paid that much but I think a customer should be made to feel bad because they want clean underwear so weird

I usually really like this location, but lately the card machines don't accept credit cards, and I'm stuck using a cash machine to fill my laundry card. The machines are worth the prices, but the place allows people to leave their laundry in the washers and dryers for hours sometimes, so that there are fewer left to be used.
