I have always power washed the house myself every other year for the past 27 years. What used to take 10 hours took me 3 days last time. This year my wife insisted that we hire someone to do it. She went to Angles list and found Sparkling Image. Shawn stopped and gave her an estimate that was fair . Last week they did the job, house, sidewalks and deck .They were able to clean places that I was never able to reach and stains i was never able to remove .The other plus is they bring their own water. We couldn't have asked for a better job . Beyond my expectations Extremely professional!!

Wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again. I had clogged gutters at a rental property that needed cleaned...ASAP. Called Sparking Image late on a Sunday afternoon and they came out and completed the job the following morning. They took pictures after they finished and emailed them to me so I could see my gutters were clean.

They did an excellent job on our 3 story end unit townhouse. They took down the existing decorative pieces and shutters, soft washed the whole house, deck, and walkway to make it look like new. They also put up our new decorative pieces and new shutters. They even came back the following day because I had left the caps for the shutters in a box by accident.

I've worked with Shawn two times, once for a gutter cleaning in January and another time for gutter cleaning + window washing earlier this month, both jobs he did exceptional work. As a business owner myself, I understand the complexities associated with juggling scheduling, phone calls, emails, let alone getting the actual work done. It's HARD! Sometimes it can be difficult to reach Shawn especially during the busy season, but it's understandable. And when you do finally reach him, he'll be honest--if you're looking for a sly salesman-type he's not your guy--he's blunt and to the point, which can sometimes be jarring, but I appreciate his no BS attitude. He's so good at his job that I'm sure he'll be hiring someone to answer phones for him soon enough. For now, I'm just grateful for the excellent service and reasonable pricing.

I called on the 25th and was given an appointment to have my home power washed for the 2nd. I called back to confirm on the 1st and I was told my appointment wasn’t until the 9th. That was A bit frustrating but thought maybe it was a miscommunication. I asked what time and was told 8am. Here we are on the 9th 9:30 and they no showed. I called again to see what happened and the guys response was I don’t know what happened they are in Wilmington and won’t be able to get there until later. Terrible customer service and communication with this company. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Sparkling Image has done a great job cleaning the exterior of our house and removing shingle mold from our roof. We have used them for the last 3–4 years after they did a great job on our neighbor’s porch and front of their house. We also use them for annual gutter cleaning. I highly recommend

i had my roof cleaned in 2017 was a nice job given a 5 year warranty on the roof. by 2019 my porch roof needed to be recleaned. I have been trying to get this owner out here to do this job since the winter ended constantly get excuses was told many times he would be here to redo the roof and has yet to show up. really annoyed at the backing of this warranty. fed up sending e-mails and phone calls to this company and not getting any satisfaction.
