After our water pump going out, on the WORST day ive had in months, all i needed was a laundromat that was open in a decent neighbor hood to get a few loads done after dark. This place says 24 hours on google. I pulled up at 8:45, theres 3 women outside, about 5-6 cars parked outside, and a few people i can see inside. While i begin to grab a basket out of my trunk one lady yells "hey, we closed" i replied "oh? But it says on google your open 24hrs..." one women beside her bark/laughs, rolls her eyes and says "hun weve never been 24hours in the years ive worked here." Then they turn away from me with smirks and continue to smoke, chat and blare music from a car(mazda?) Pulled up to the front curb with every door open.
Uhh, okay. Well... for one, maybe fix your advertised hours? I cant be the first person theyve encountered like this if thats true. Ive even reported the false info to google, twice since then.
Second, grreeeaaattt attitude toward your clientele. Just top notch. I get it, if your closing you dont want anyone harassing you about coming in, expecially when you just cant get the people in there to just leave already, but i have never been treated so rudely by someone who is on the clock. My day was difficult enough, heck, my week. So the last thing i needed was some petty school girl sass from grown women. Its been a week since, and i just cant let it go. So im writting this review.
I can say for a fact, though i never stepped foot inside, your staff is lacking in basic manners and work ethic.
