Ned, Bob and their staff simply do a great job of communication on the front end and all the way through to completion. They all really help to work as hard as they can to take the stress out of a very Stressful Situation. Rainbow International should be your first call if you have had any fire or smoke damage to your property. Thank you for all your work in 2016 to help get our home back to normal following a large garage fire! We sincerely appreciate it!

Historic Helpers! The Lake Park Area Historical Society contracted Rainbow International to rescue our collections from extensive mold residue. Not only did the team eliminate the mold from all of the historic items, but they also loaded items off and on trailers to our new museum. They then 'bombed' the building so that any lingering mold residue from museum items would be eliminated as well. The LPAHS appreciates the professionalism, speed, and thoroughness of the Rainbow team. Our artifacts can now be safely displayed in the new museum. Many thanks!

It was not the best start to the day, when our 7 year-old son came into our bedroom and told us that "the room where the sump pumps are is full of water!" We called Ned right away, and they were at our house faster than Jimmy Johns. When I got home from work, there were 19 drying fans at work in our basement, and all of the wet padding under the carpet had been removed. We were on our way to becoming whole again, in such a short amount of time. Hopefully, we will never need these services again, but, if we do, we won't hesitate to call Rainbow International! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Horrible experience. We had discovered mold in our basement. We called Rainbow and I was pleasantly surprised they could come out and look at the problem in two days. I am 7 months pregnant and were trying to get new carpet in and was very stressed with this finding of mold. Lee came out from Rainbow and was zero help. He did not do any testing or further investigation and was telling us we had to rip out all of our walls. Then said they couldn't help us for 3 weeks anyway. We had no new answers and no where to turn. The issue still not resolved as we do not know what our next steps are. Very disappointing.

Found that our disposal had been leaking for some time causing some water damage and a serious threat of mold under the counter. Bob and his team arrived quickly to assess the issues and left the drying equipment running for the weekend. They removed any threat of mold growth and really helped to save our cabinet. Awesome work!

I had a really good experience with Rainbow International. With this winter being quite exceptional, we had some ice dams on the front of our house. Before we could get them taken care of there was a leak into our kitchen through our cupboard. After cleaning out the ice dams and the snow on the roof, we still didn't know how much damage might have happened. I called them and was greeted with someone who took notes on my issue and then connected me promptly with a expert technician, Bob Miller. The technician arrived at our house and was very professional and made a thorough evaluation and suggestions for correcting the problem. Luckily, there was no further remediation needed, and only a vent to be replaced. The estimate and evaluation was done at no cost to us. It was nice to have the peace of mind of getting our issue professionally evaluated. I was pleased.

Rainbow cleaned my carpet that was dirty with oil and grease from previous tenant cooking in office unit. They cleaned once and decided that the job was not good enough and came back the second time with different chemicals and equipment and cleaned it again. Sadly I had a poor experience with Rainbow International. I scheduled my appointment several weeks in advance and called the morning of to confirm my appointment- which they confirmed for me. After giving them a several hour grace period beyond when they were supposed to show I called while still in business hours to see what was going on. The manager said there must have been a mistake made and there was nothing they could do. He explained that it was a great learning opportunity for his business however it was an unfortunate situation for myself. I tried to explain to him that I had scheduled this appointment as I was moving out and needed my carpets cleaned per my Landlord's request. He said it was unfortunate but I was out of luck unless I wanted to have the carpets cleaned after I no longer lived there. I tried to explain I wouldn't have access if I no longer lived there but he didn't understand. To say this experience was beyond frustrating is an understatement. The receptionist was rude when I asked to speak with a manager as she told me he wouldn't do anything to help but she was right. In his words "it's an unfortunate situation" and I agree, it was also poor service. I hope they can turn things around.
