It depends on the time of day when you get there. More staff is needed to help keep the washers and dryers clean throughout the day. The management needs to get the washers and dryers cleaned. I only go early in the morning or right before they close. The grunge around the washer doors is sickening. The lint buildup in the dryers is probably passing critters to others. I especially like the young ladies who work the evening shift. They vacuum out the lint buildup in the dryers. I have very sensitive skin. I don't want lint from other people or their bedbugs coming home with me.

I've been coming here for years and using the drop off Service but I probably won't anymore because every time I come it's a two day wait to get my clothes they should probably take down the sign in the window that says same-day service

Clean & friendly staff, good location. There are a variety of machines in all sizes, prices range from $2.00, $3.75, & $475. The only thing I didnt like was the quanity of $2.00 machines, there were only 12 available and most people use a total of three or four a piece so I had to wait for my wash to get finished to reuse my machine.

This is a really good laundromat. I was using another facility and I found this one and at first I was a little annoyed that they only have front loaders. But after a while I decided that this was a better spot simply because of the cleanliness the maintenance the atmosphere that help of the employees and the selection of machines and varieties. They have a dryer here that can dry every piece of fabric I've ever owned it's huge.

I only utilize this laundromat to wash my bedding because I have a washer & dryer anyways I come here because they have a few larger washers & it's the only place that has warm water all the other local ones I seem to never have hot water

This place is clean and friendly I'm not one for going to laundromat myself but however when they need happens that you have a breakdown or just need to put something big in and don't want to use yours I go hear the place is always clean the bathrooms are clean and the staff was friendly I would recommend if you need to go to a laundromat this would be the one you go to

Place is clean compared to all others on Pike. The only problem is bathroom never has toilet paper in it. Parking is better in back because getting out of parking in front of store is dangerous!!!

Worst service ever in the mornings... they need to fire that girls who answers the call and when I or someone speaks. She ends the call saying "wrong number". I know it's the laundromat and you confirming it. But you gonna need the call. EVERYTIME. Also of you keep calling, she just picks up and hangs the call... I recorded my calls just for this. If the owner wants to hear.
