Great location, right by home. They offer pick up and drop off services as well as free wifi for you to get work done on your device while you wait for your laundry to be done. The wifi itself is pretty good as well and the few times I used it didn't cut out or slow down like most public wifis. The owner is nice as well and the prices are fair plus coin and credit card payment options available.

We love Poly Clean! We’ve done the wash & fold service and our clothes always smell so good and are nicely folded. They’re affordable and the clothes are typically ready by the next day. Julia is often working there and she is just the sweetest!

I’m beyond impressed by Poly Clean’s service. I’ve been a customer for over a year and recently had an issue with a couple items washed and returned to me. I brought the items back to address the damage and received prompt and professional contact from management who kindly resolved the situation within a day. All machines make you put soap onto dry clothes.. there's no way your clothes can get fully cleaned. But it's pretty much the only laundromat in the area so it's better than nothing!

Don't ever try to do wash & fold here. Been here twice to pickup my laundry and both times the window is closed, randomly. It's now been a week and I still don't have my laundry... Here's a clue Poly Clean -- people who do wash & fold generally do so because they don't have time to do their own laundry ... therefore providing accurate window service hours and ensuring staff is actually there when your hours are stated would be let for this service. Oh, and FYI to all other possible customers, despite advertising that they do free pickup and delivery service, this service isn't offered in any capacity. NEVER AGAIN. Here's hoping I at least get my laundry back from this first horrible experience.

If I could leave no stars I would. The washing machine took my money and wouldn’t start. So I was told that I can’t get my money back because I never put money on their card system. When the attendant clearly saw me walk over to the machine to add money to the system. So why do I have to pay another $10 to the washer that malfunctioned and took my money when it was no fault of my own. I was told to call management and received no answer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Some of the dryer's don't work n the staff don't have signs on the non-working dryer's other then that it's clean

The business is clean, including the bathroom. The washers and dryers are priced right. The dryers are free on Tuesdays. I’m glad I found this laundromat. Customers are rewarded with additional money added to a loyalty card. I bought one for $20 and $22 was posted to my account. Thank you staff and owner.
