Never had any problems doing my laundry there. Came in with a big load on Saturday. Spent $60 doing my laundry. Then when I got home I realized that half of my laundry smelled like onions from next doors restaurant.it was explained to me that there's not much that they can do about it since it comes through the vent system.not happy that I wasted so much money and have to re clean my clothes probably won't be back.

I also find this laundromat to be the cleanest in the area!! Sunday, January 27th, 2019, approximately 8:15am...But unfortunately the one worker is NOT pleasant. There was feces in one of the machines and we made her aware of it. She walked away with an attitude and said "well, there is nothing I can do about that!" Shortly, thereafter, an older couple walks in with only a comforter. They ask for assistance. Seeing what they had in hand, mind you, only a small comforter, she turns away and states you can use any machine. Completely disregarding their needs. So I stepped up and helped them. Personally, this lady has to go. Longneck people are friendly, serviceable and just downright respectful!

Big machines, takes a credit card, has a tv, attendant on duty, and has a clean bathroom. They will do "wash and fold" for those who need to do other things while the laundry gets done.

Drycleaning gone wrong! White jeans came back brown. Jeans were ironed so much the color has come off in certain parts of the jeans. Our clothes smells as if they were regular machine washed with cheap soap. Managment gave us the run around for 3 weeks all we wanted was the $40 back we spent to get our clothes DRY CLEANED instead we are left with ruined clothes we have to replace! Fyi they do not do the "dry cleaning" there. They ship to seaford to ruin your clothes

After going to several laundromats in Millsboro and finding some very dirty and unkept laundromats, I found this one in long neck. I highly recommend it! The gentleman who was working there was very kind and helpful suggesting which machines to use and how to save money. Also, they had a small area where we could sit and wait along with two televisions and ice cream that my daughter was able to purchase. They also accepted credit cards so I didn't have to worry about quarters.

First time here. Attendant nice & place is very clean. However, I used my card for a medium machine that cost $7.00, and my card was charged $10.00. I was told the other $3.00 will be put back on my card in a couple of days. I don't appreciate being over charged so they can save on fees. Next time i will bring roll of quarters.
