First time at this laundromat. Maria was so helpful and really awesome! Went to a different laundromat about 2 weeks ago and the staff was no help to me. Maria really went above and beyond to show me how to work the machines. She is awesome!

Whether you want to do your own laundry or leave it to be done, ocean Suds 2 is the place to go. Michael, The Man In Charge, is always pleasant and helpful. When I have large loads to do, such as bedspreads from my Beach rental, I always bring them here, and they do a great job. I even brought my huge Papasan cushion to be washed in their extra large washing machine. And I love the soap they use, it smells so clean and fresh.

Wow! Great customer service. We were camping nearby and our tent couldn't handle the torrential downpour of rain one Friday night. We arrived with soaked blankets and towels. The staff was more than happy to help our exhausted and soggy family use the machines. A big shout out to the friendly customer who gave us her soap and softener that heard our story and wanted to help. God bless.

If i could choose no stars i would i went there with my husband and the lady behind the counter was rude towards my husband we were trying to have them washed dried an folded however this woman proceeded to tell us she'd rather we wash an dry our own laundry she had 3 others to attend to . You get paid to do a job and you are rude because you proceeded to talk sh** on us the whole time because I'm white and he is spanish by no means do you have a right to judge anyone I will be calling this place and i will speak to a manager if i get no where with that i will figure out how they can reprimand you fpr the way you are towards us as customers (by the way we did our own ) i went to this laundry mat because people recommended you i will not return because you are rude and judgemental an i/we were as polite as can be even after your rudeness .. Other then the rude judgemental woman this is a nice place its clean .

I WASH MY CLOTHES THERE ALL THE TIME. YOU CAN GET A LAUNDRY CARD FOR A DOLLAR AND, PUT AS MUCH MONEY AS YOU WANT ON IT TO USE WASHING MACHINES AND, DRYERS. NO QUARTERS NEEDED.

I hate doing laundry, definitely the top 3 of my least favorite chores, but coming here eases that pain significantly. They use a fairly low-hassle laundry card system and the prices are pretty standard. The staff has always been extremely helpful and very courteous to everyone; even going out of their way to give advice on the best way to wash some articles of clothing and how to get certain stains out as well! The interior is well-maintained and tidy, if any machines are out of order the staff will always put signs up letting you know and if you are unfortunate enough to have a machine not work, the staff will sort it out and give you back what you spent on the machine.

I'm a weekly person there; it's cleaner than most. Their is someone there to help, if you can't get the machine working; so you don't lose your money into them , if they don't work.you don't wait all day for someone to come in get your laundry out if the machine doesn't work. Or try to get your money back because the machine eat it up and the own say you never put in to the machine. There cards read what you put on it and the machine read what you use and tells you what you have left on the card. Its someone to help you if you need help.

I would recommend this place to anybody.. Very clean and modern laundrymat... the only downfall is you need to buy a card to put your money on to use the washers and dryers. But it’s better than loading tons of quarters in to the machines.. The guy that was working the laundromat was very friendly today and helpful, he actually help people carry their laundry and the laundromat.

Rude uneducated elderly employees, I asked for help with the card and no one offered help or came over to help she just told me to keep trying. The employees are unwelcoming and don’t trust leaving my stuff inside.

I'll give 4 stars because of Michael, he is very friendly and attentive, he always make sure all the costumers are happy and understand the machines perfect, I enjoy to do my laundry when he is here, he is always working and keeping himself busy, on the other hand today 4/6/16 the guy here since the moment I walked in hasn't moved out his sit, he didn't even say good morning or even a friendly welcome in any way, all he does is sit, sit, and sit all the time, I know the owner,he is very friendly. I'll keep coming back but only when Michael is working

This is a great place to do laundry. It's the only place I'll go to. Amy is helpful & personable,Damon is always there to open the door for you, & Michael is the heart of the place. The only complaint I have is there isn't a downtown Rehoboth location available to the public. We need one badly!

Thank you very much! I’m in a wheelchair and he helped me so much getting the detergent and fabric softener in just the right amount. He was sweet and kind and very helpful not just to me but everyone I noticed!! He even helped my caregiver carry clothes in and greeted me at the door and said goodnight! Hope they keep him he’s a great worker clean cut sweet man!

I've been traveling the Country the past 10 months, using laundromats in 20 States. Ocean Suds 2 has the BEST customer service!! Nice lady on Sunday who works part-time was so helpful. She looked at my Laundry bag and estimated how much $ to load on the card with my credit card. She picked the right machines, poured my detergent for me and was spot on with everything. All with a smile. Place is clean. Newer Electrolux machines. Only negative is no Wi-Fi.
