Exceeded my expectations. I admit, I was a bit skeptical hiring a cleaning company. Merry Maids was prompt and had great communication before, during, and after the scheduled cleaning! I was very impressed with my cleaning and their attention to detail. They dusted, vacuumed, wiped down every nook and cranny of our house. The cleaners themselves were very nice and professional. I plan to have Merry Maids clean my house regularly, so I can spend more time with my family. I would highly recommend this using Merry Maids.

My family gave this service to our Mother who always appreciates a clean home as a present last yr. We never will use this service again. The team changed frequently over the one year contract. They were not thorough, floors were sticky. Window sills and blinds were never dusted, unless requested. In fact, unused rooms had gone unvacummed on occasion. Certain shelves were NEVER dusted. I am giving them only one star, because they showed up, that’s it, If there was a rating that included a minus star, I would choose that. NEVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY with this company. This contract had cost 3k for twice a month cleaning. TOO MUCH COST for HORRIBLE SERVICE!
