I can't even begin to describe what an awful experience I had with this company. Their customer service was virtually non-responsive and my concerns were literally ignored. The "team" they sent did an unbelievably bad job, and upon arriving home, I spent the first half hour just putting all of my belongings back (items left in the middle of counter, furniture moved, etc.). It was an absolute nightmare. They make all kinds of assurances when they first provide an estimate, none of which was done. Their "intensive" cleaning was a joke...they only cleaned what was immediately visible, and then often forgot to do that. And compared to smaller, family-owned businesses, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I gave them 4 weeks to try to get it right, but it actually got worse each week. I have since hired a new company and haven't had a single issue, which leads me to believe that I'm not just some crazy perfectionist. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OF MERRY MAIDS!!!!

The ladies are great, very helpful. They typically do a great job.. It's not "hospital clean" but they do a fine job just the same. Polite and very much interested in satisfying the customer. The Newark office staff in particular is extremely helpful.

The Team that usually does the cleaning was unavailable for the time slot that I needed, but the other was just as professional. Usually its team 4, this time it was team 2. Again both teams do an excellent and awesome as well as professional.
