This Laundromat has extremely poor customer service and the washers and dryers are expensive. I have been using this Laundromat for about two years. The staff doesn't speak English and the owner/operator is never around. If you lose money in the washers or dryers, the staff refuses to refund you (even in the smallest amount). Everything is OK, until you ask them for the money that is lost in the machine. Then, they display their true feelings toward their customers. They could care less, as long as they are getting your money. The coin machines don't accept most bills, so you have to try to exchange your bills at the Wawa across the street.

So I need a laundry at 4AM and it is 4:30 while I sit outside this place that says open at 4 but lights are out and doors are locked. What kind of business tells you they are open at a particular time and isn’t?!

When you select "Whites" (hot water wash) the regular machines size machines ONLY dispense COLD WATER. Not hot water. Tried it on several machines over several visits. Cold water is all you're getting when you want hot. I also echo other reviewers, owner/operators are rarely ever there. Bathroom is always locked when they're not there. Hugely inconveniencing. Lot of flaws here, folks.

I've been sitting here for 20 min it says they're open but all the lights are out and no one has shown up to open the door. Also the dryers usually don't work and most of the time there's no one there to give you a refund.
