Twice a year annually, when traveling in the area with my team, I always return to Laundry Lagoon for their laundry drop-off service, since it has always been very timely and perfectly done---always very satisfied with quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit included me picking up my order, which looked like my 3 year old grandson completed for me. It appeared as if they just rolled my laundry in some saran wrap. My socks were just thrown together willy-nilly, clothing was still inside out, due to all that it ended up being a wrinkled mess. I ended up having to refold everything, and iron most of it. Then, to add the cherry on top, they charged me $7.50 extra for one single set of sheets, which is HIGHWAY ROBBERY if I ever seen it, considering I said they can just wash everything together....and after having to just eat the charge, upon pickup the sheets were just thrown in there, damn near rolled into a ball. Such a let down and disappointment. Quality was not the same, the usual clerks were not there, and I was told that it is being run under new management since last year....which I should have guessed because it was like night and day from my other experiences. Such a shame, this was my teams go-to spot, we always knew we would get great service both for our clothes and customer service wise. This time was a true disappointment. I showed my "finished product" to others and they just shook their heads and asked what the hell I paid for....I highly doubt I will be returning since everything to me is appearing the opposite of what I expected. I never really do these things, but this was such a let down, I did not want others to suffer the same experience.
