These people are professionals, courteous and thorough. I'd recommend them to anyone interested in a quality home washing. This isn't a 'two men and a dog' operation; their equipment is impressive, of the highest industrial quality and well maintained. The crew of four men work well together. My home looks as it did when I purchased it. The windows are really clean as are the trim, siding, eaves and gutters. They walk the property with you to inspect the finished work before they leave. I wish I could’ve given Mr. and Mrs. Flip Five stars!! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I remember talking to Mr. Flip A few months before I want to get the house cleaned. But I immediately realize that he was not sure run-of-the-mill when it came to exterior washing. He is in fact a true scientist and an expert in the field of power washing and cleaning. They were also quite professional in their execution on the day of the job. Team arrived probably at the house and did an excellent job. They were efficient and organized. And when they were done it’s felt like we had moved into a new house all over again. F & S Is the only way to go if you want your house clean the right way. Just had my home exterior cleaned by F&S. The staff at F&S did a fantastic job. Very professional and thorough. They waterproofed all outside electrical outlets, outdoor speakers, and electrical /cable boxes , pre-soaked all of the outside foundation landscaping for protection before they even started.They arrived with a three man crew that works very efficiently and completed the job in a couple of hours. They had great equipment that you could tell was well maintained. During the cleaning process both Flip (F) and Sharlene (S) stopped by to supervise and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Before they wound up all their hoses the crew lead requested a walk-a-round with me to make sure they didn't miss anything and to assure my satisfaction. That was a really cool thing to do as apposed to just loading up and leaving. Later in the day I even got a follow-up call from Flip to make sure I was pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend F&S Power Washing to all of my neighbors and friends.

The F&S crew was professional, friendly and thorough. They power washed our house, cleaned all the windows, and power washed our paver patio. They let the patio dry out for 24 hours and then brushed in a filler for the between the pavers. The windows sparkled, the siding looks like new, and the patio looks great.
