These guys came out to clean my windows and let's say they should be in another profession. They looked at my windows, which are fairly new and tried to get the screens out and stated they were locked and he could not do the job. We then asked if he could do the windows that didn't have screens and he refused. I then went on Angie's List and called the highest rated window cleaning company in my area and they were able to come right out and completely blew my mind! The technician came and he was solo, which I was a little surprised by, but he went right to my windows, popped out the screens and cleaned my windows inside and out and they looked better than they did when they were installed. Save yourself some time and go on Angie's List to find a reputable company. **Response to Company** I have no reason to lie about someone else coming out to clean my windows, it was Cleaning for Cures out of Pennsylvania and I have a receipt to prove it! They not only came out the same day, but charged me a fraction of what these guys were going to charge me. As far as my windows and screens being cheap, my house is only 3 years old, so they were modern, new and in great shape and the other company had no issues and none of my windows were broken as stated. In addition, I'm confused as to why I'm being called cheap because I was going to pay what he asked for and more just to have them done, so who's the bitter one that's name calling?!?! As far as them being the second company refusing the work, the other company had scheduling conflicts twice, so I needed them done ASAP, plus they just called me to reschedule and I have a screen shot from my call history to prove that as well. (If you look at my other reviews you will see the other window company's response to my review of their company). In response to the window cleaner being called a "technician", I used that term out of respect and for lack of a better term. As you can see from the company's response, they are not the type of people you want to deal with and just to add, the other review posted is the owner, Thomas just look up the name on YouTube and Facebook and you'll see what I mean. It's sad that you have to review your own company...that alone speaks for itself.

I've used this company for years and they are the BEST. Attention to detail, show up when they are scheduled, and leave everything clean. Tried other firms and was never satisfied. Don't pay attention to the negative review!!
