Not attended. Dirty floors and doesn't look well-kept. Non-uniform machines. Worked for an emergency laundry session, but I'll be searching for another laundrymat.

The owner is rude and disrespectful. There was a sign on the lower dryer that it was out of order so I used the top one, like I did 2 weeks ago. It to was out of order. I explained to her that I put my quarters in and she kept talking over me saying it is out of order. I said the lower one has a sign and she said its been out of order for years. I said I used it 2 weeks ago. She said 'no you didn't. I'm not giving you your money back bc you can't read' I said the sign was on the wrong dryer. She wouldn't listen and then she told me I need to get out of her store quickly. It just went downhill after that.

Y'all crazy, this place rocks. We drop off our laundry evey two weeks, she washed and folds our stuff like we are family. I convinced my wife to use her service .80 a pound. Some guy was talking about $1.10 a pound. If you wanna drop off during the week, she's there at 5pm, weekends go around 9:30. We will never use anyone else but her.

This place was horrible. It says 24 hours online. I got there at 715pm as was yelled at for coming in there. I close at 6pm and you can't believe the online stuff. Wow I've never been so insulted this place was just nasty all around.

Sporadic Travels

The owner is nasty, rude and mean. We got here at 7:05. By the time we found operable and available machines, several minutes had passed (80% of all the machines have out of order signs). My friends and I loaded our clothes by 7:10 pm, at which point the owner ran in screaming, "We're closed, we closed at 6, I'm turning the electricity off." My friend replied very nicely, that he choose this location based on online posts that said it's open 24/7. She nastily responded with, "you can't believe everything you read online. I'm closed at 6. Get out." The 3 of us will never return. Lady, you lost business. Good riddance!

If I could give no star, I would! Don't know her name but the African American woman in there is very rude. I was in there all of 1 minute to try to wash my clothes. I have lived in that area for years never even knew there was a laundry mat, I guess it's because they are never busy with customers.
