I'll never give my business to this company again. I added money to two of their cards which had errors on them immediately. Finally two months later I receive a check for half of the amount. I call them, the first woman tells me she can't help me and hangs up. The second woman repeatedly told me I was wrong about the amount on my cards. This company is dishonest and flat out stealing money from people.

Non-existent customer service because they know you're stuck with them unless you want to move. Cash only in the form of large bills onto losable cards that you'll have to replace at $5 a pop (nothing loaded on them).

The worst service ever!!!!! takes 20 minutes just to figure out how to add money to the clean card, no rechargeable machines on site by far the most dishonest company.

CALECO IS THE WORST. Their machine took my $5 and didn't charge it to my laundry card. After speaking with their customer service lady Debra. She advised me to send my card to them with my name, phone number and address and that they would refund me my money. Plus I already have money in the card. It's been 3 weeks and counting with NO EMAILS, NO CALL BACKS OR MY CARD BACK. It was received over 2 weeks ago. They're the worst!

Caleco easily has the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with, which is quite an accomplishment considering the slew of terrible customer service teams across the US. They service the machines in my apartment complex, and there's one that breaks every other week. They don't ever just replace the machine. Instead, they clear the error code, and sure enough, the error occurs shortly after, rendering the machine useless. Many of my email requests for service are responded with a blank email, and the seemingly incompetent customer service reps ask the same dumb questions each time as if they don't remember me. I pity anyone who has to deal with this poor excuse for a company.

This company is horrible. Their washers/dryer are old, broken, and steal money from customers. Think you can get a refund by contacting customer service? Think again! IF you get an answer, they will be rude and condescending. They’ll tell you your refund will arrive in 5 weeks but you’ll never see that money again. If you like a company that treats its customers like dirt, this is the company for you!

This company is terrible in the way it treats their customers. In the apartment complex where I live, they have had washer and dryer machines broken for over a month and have done nothing to repair them or resolve the situation, even after repeated calls for service. When I get through to the representatives in their office, the treatment received is less than sub par. I noticed they have less than stellar reviews. No wonder, their customer service sucks. Their machines rob their customers of money and this company does not care, after all, it is free money to them, why reimburse. Do not use this company should you value your tenants and value customer service. They will make your tenants feel less than satisfied.

Machines never get fixed, I never got a refund and they claim it takes 4-6 weeks for a refund.... They don't even have any of my information to refund me then. Clearly trying to make me forget they owe me money so they can profit. Also, customer service is non-existent.

The washing machines in my building are currently down. It's a Sunday afternoon. No customer service available - just the option to leave a message or send an e-mail. It's common knowledge that many people do laundry on Sunday. The fact that there is only an answering service available is ridiculous.

I read the reviews and I actually am a witness to the poor customer service. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She never let me get a word in. She tried to stand me down that I did not call. I told her that not only did I call but I left several emails. I contacted the executive office to inform them of the situation. I did get an apology. The machines are really cheap and they are more problems then they are worth.

I've been trying to reach Caleco thru their email, as they usually request, to ask for an appoint to fix the washing machine from the apartment complex where I live. The first email was sent about a month ago, got no answer, the second email about 15 days ago, still no answer. Can't figure out what is wrong with their customer service, I don't think answering emails is a super hard task that requires lots of training. This is what happens when someone tries to use the washer, all the detergent leaks from inside the machine. That's just ridiculous

Their customer service and the repairmen are among the worst I have ever worked with. The people answering the phones are rude and poorly trained. Many time they don't know who to send your call to. The repairmen blame everyone and everything other than them self's or the machines. No matter what the problem is they say it's not the company's problem. They never give refunds, they always have an excuse why the refund wasn't received. I wish I could give them a negative star!!

UPDATE: Caleco called me to follow up and cleared up the miscommunication. They fixed the problem and went beyond to ensure good customer experience and satisfaction. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 5. Thanks for the response. Has not responded to service call for over a week after repeated request to fix a washer that does not drain.

Wish I could give zero stars. I will be at the next meeting at my building to try to get this company's washers and dryers removed and replaced with a company that gives a damn. Washers constantly go unbalanced for no reason resulting in yet more money wasted doing another load. Maintenance is virtually non-existent but they sure show up regularly to collect the money from the card reload machine on 1st floor. Enough is enough. GARBAGE COMPANY

WORST company. Would give ZERO STARS if possible. Service is HORRIBLE. Calls are answered, if answered, by unprofessional individuals. Service techs take OVER a week to "repair". However equipment is NOT REPAIRED. Instead technician leaves notes blaming the issue on the customers for over loading. Equipment in an apartment building has not been properly functioning for over 3 weeks. Only one dryer is properly functioning for eleven 2-brd apts. The other dryer does not dry clothes and in both washers only the cold water works. So yes. Crappy company that does not care for customer service and satisfaction.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They've got a terrible system and even worse customer service. I lost $16 on doing one load of laundry, after trying several different machines, and they just couldn't imagine how I could possibly lose that much.

Since I moved to this area Wissahickon/G'town/Eat Falls in 2011, and have lived in two apartment buildings, I have been forced to use caleco machines and money cards. I gave one star because caleco does offer the use of debit/credit card to reload card but the machine works 50% of the time. Second I called their customer service line today at 11:45 AM and spoke with the most hideous, rude, and clearly intoxicated woman I've ever encountered on a customer service call. Did I mention that I called to report the reload machine was not working? Yeah, that's why I called to report that the credit/debit card reload machine had not worked in 3 days. So what is there left to report? This sub-par service company monopolizes the industry here in Philly and because there is no competition, they have no accountability!!!!!

17 on this card wash card. When placing in the washer it says error bad card. When I called the office I was told I had to send the card in how are we to wash, they don't care enough to have a back up system in place for your service. This is an inconvenience. People send a lot of money on these cards to get this kind of service..There response was"That is our policy…include your name, address, apt # and the reason you are sending it in. and the amount" They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apartment washers are NEVER maintained. There has been pungent, grey, gross water sitting in one if the washers for over a month. They don't answer service calls. They're terrible.

Called and no answer and emailed, no answer, to inform them of the 2/2 washers in my building don't wash clothes at all and one of the dryers is bad, ridiculous and pathetic

Customer service suck the meanest nastiest people answering the phone don't speak just yea, what ,and 1st off... kindness goes a long way.the washer breaks down at least every 6-9 weeks itvits up my money once it breaks down and I never know when it's fix no one gives a return call saying it fixed or someone is i the way. It's not a worth the buy and it worst to call with a problem

A family member & I lost money in the machines on two separate occasions. Called the 800 number and the 610 number got no answer. Sent an email, didn't get a response until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. The email said that a technician was out to fix the machines & my refund is 'in the mail' The funny thing is the family member who lost the money in the machine lost it after the purported date which they claim to have allegedly repaired the machines. Still waiting on my refund, maybe it will come by Christmas. (This occurred before Halloween!)

This company is horrible. Machines are constantly messing up or broken. They only give up to 3 dollars for a refund even if you lost more from their machines. I wish my apartment complex didn't have their machines.

Garbage product. If your apartment home or laundromat uses them, run far away because it's a strong indication that they are cheap. The customer service is awful (good luck getting a refund) and they do not perform regular maintenance on their machines. Their washers fill and never drain and their dryers just don't work at all (it really shouldn't take 2-3 60 minute cycles for my clothes to not be damp). You'll end up playing musical machines with your neighbors trying to find the few in a wall of machines that actually work. As the other reviews said, 0 stars would be more appropriate.

Ripoff “commercial” laundry machines that are expensive and are 10x worse than the cheapest machine you can buy at Home Depot. Their cards have errors all the time and they charge you 5 bucks for a new card. These people should rot in jail for all the money they steal from working class people

Terrible, Moldy bad machines. When I google model # Machine looks different and can't tell if it was one of the machines involved in the class action lawsuit. I can't handle asthma and sinus headaches from machines. stuck bc I have small child so can't leave building to do wash as my other neighbors do.
