I use Basket Cases for my business. I have been using them for about 2 months. They are amazing! I have dealt with Beth Ann a few times and I met her husband a few weeks ago. They, as well as their staff, are very friendly. My towels are returned folded nicely. If you are on the fence about a laundry service, go with Basket cases!!!

I LOVE Basket Cases Laundry Service. They are the best laundry service that I have ever used. They are so friendly, laundry is always clean, delivered on time and folded exactly the way that I want it! I have used several laundry services in the past for my business and I was always so unhappy when the other companies returned my laundry.... I gave up on all of them and decided to call Basket Cases and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I would recommend Basket Cases Laundry to everyone!

My laundry was never returned to me. Now I must buy new clothes. Before that happened, they frequently would not pick up my laundry and it would still be at the door when I got home. Laundry also was often not returned timely and I had to buy new socks and undergarments until my laundry finally found its way back to me. Now it's gone and I have to replace my clothes. Thanks for nothing, Basket Cases. Your services were awful.

First I’m going to begin by saying I am a very reasonable and understanding person. I understand that mistakes happen and that’s the nature of business and life. My issue is with how my problem was handled (and still being handled ) by Basket Cases. I had a weekly scheduled pickup on Thursday 9/6. It was never returned on Saturday. After leaving multiple messages I finally spoke with a Basket Cases staff member on Tuesday evening. She insisted that my laundry had been returned and suggested it had possibly been stolen. I told her we have security cameras on the front of our home and I checked the tapes and it had never been delivered. As it turns out their driver delivered my items to a wrong address. When I asked how they were going to handle this matter I was told they couldn’t do anything about it for 24 hours. I had no choice to pack my children up and walk to the address and knock on a stranger’s door to ask if they had my items. They did not but they had seen them at a different address within the complex. I’m still waiting to hear from that neighbor to hopefully locate my items. I haven’t spoken to anyone from Basket Cases since Tuesday evening. At this point in the lack of communication, I’m going to turn the matter over to my attorney for the loss of thousands of dollars in clothing. I am extremely disappointed in how this matter was handled. It shows a complete lack of professionalism on the Basket Cases Laundry team’s part

I have been using this laundry service for about a month now. It has made my life so convenient. I have a household of about 5 people and we average about 80 pounds of laundry a week. With our schedules we cannot and do not have time to do laundry. Basket cases comes to my office where they pick up my trunk load full of dirty clothes and then 2 days later they are back to drop off, nicely folded, and clean. I can’t say enough about them. I tell everyone about how convenient their services are! Try them out. You will love them.
