Twice I have lost money at this establishment

This place is not clean, the machines are old and the and doesn't have any instructions on how to use them, the staff is never around to help you out. Would not go there again to waste my time.

It's run down, dirty and very expensive. $3 to wash a load of clothes...and load is small, not normal load size.

Terrible experience!! This place was dirty and the change machine did not work!!!! No one around to take care of the place. Garbage laying all over. Poor instructions for how to use the machines. Pretty pathetic for the only laundry service in downtown OC!!!

Bad machines. One machine I could not choose setting after I closed door to run it locked and picked it's own setting, because buttons were broken. One machine wasnt taking quarters after I put soap in it. And another machine was rejecting half my quarters. Two dryers broken one blowing cool air one not taking change. No chairs to sit and wait. No staff on duty. No air conditioning.

I read a review here that said he “had to wash his clothes twice and they were still dirty” unfortunately this is true. I don’t understand how though?? I used soap and put in plenty of money but—- seems still kinda dirty. Sorry I hate to leave negative reviews- it’s not my style but you would have better luck driving 10 minutes outside the town and going to do your wash there.

waited for my laundry to dry to find out the dryer wasnt heating. but the lady give me the money back to use a different dryer. ty. be back next summer.
