I took my North Face jacket to Town & Country Cleaners and Tailors because the zipper on it just fell apart and broke into pieces. The nice lady working there told me the zipper might not be able to be repaired and that they would likely need to replace the entire zipper. Replacing a zipper is a fair price and totally worth it since these jackets cost over $150. I was informed that it would take a little less than a week to complete. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call telling me my jacket is ready! It turns out that they were able to replace the pull and not the entire zipper for a significantly lower price! I am so overjoyed that they were honest! Other places might not be so honest! They did a great job. I highly recommend this business!

I brought a dress here to be altered just a simple hem on a 2 layer dress and they were charging over $60. They didn't tell me the price they printed it on the ticket so I got home and saw the price I decided to go back and pick it up because that seemed steep and they were pretty rude when I went back to get the dress. I personally would try another place next time.

I had a terrible experience at Town & Country dry cleaners. I needed a dress hemmed about an inch. They quoted me $25 and gave me a date I'd have the dress by (approximately a week and a half). The night before they said they'd have it done, I received a call that the tailor couldn't figure out the hem and that I'd need to come try it on. I came and tried on the dress and the tailor kept re-pinning it for 45 minutes because she could not get it straight. They gave me an updated estimate of when I'd have the dress by & told me it would cost more than the estimate because it was so "complex". The dress was ready 3 days later than their estimate, and it cost me $40 for a hem. I then brought the dress home and the bottom was covered in stains. They offered to clean the dress but were a bit unpleasant when I said I needed the dress by that weekend for an event (as at this point they'd had the dress for almost a month). The majority of the stains were removed, but some remained. The tailor was not knowledgeable or timely and I would not recommend them.

Not only did I receive the suit I dropped off earlier then the expected date, I had some cash that I forgot to remove from the suit, they put it in an envelope and stapled it. Thank you town and country dry cleaners for your superb service and honesty!
