This is your standard laundromat, however, the staff was very kind and sets it apart . She offered to help multiple times and even helped me carry all my clean things to my car without asking. Very nice!

I hardly come here anymore, the day I come in there is staff I haven't seen before. Blonde and brown/black hair with tattoos. Swearing at every other word, talking about how she tends to eat a lot more after she smokes pot. Not professional by any means. My children come here with me and it's a Saturday. No one needs to be hearing that, for the amount I had to spend today I will not be coming back to this location.

The friendly, clean, happy place to do laundry! TV to watch free WIFi to use. Have cold drinks with a snack and the paper of the day at the table. I have been going here for years now. Will not go to any other laundry mat. Best employees as well to open the door or to help you in what washer to use for allot of clothes, small amount of clothes or even for 80 lbs. of clothes to do. The even have coffee or donuts now and then. Which is a very nice surprise for customers. They put customers first! Oh, they help this community out which is a very important thing. Go support The Usual Place and they give right back! How wonderful it that!

I got locked INSIDE my car and the woman who works here was so kind and tended my laundry so I could drive to dealership to get car fixed. The place is clean and my clothes get washed better than at my apartment washer and dryer they supply. There's closer laundromats but I like this one. No seedy characters lingering around either.

I haven't been to a laundromat in over 14 years. I walked into this one and was created by Mel, one of the owners. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The place was clean and maintained. No trash anywhere and floor clean. I would highly recommend this place for any of your laundry needs.

I love this place. It has nice front loader machines in different sizes. The place has a comfy home like feel and is clean. The staff is excellent. Especially Deb who is very knowledgeable about how to wash things, remove stains, and how large a machine you need. They also have laundry service if you would rather not do your own wash. I have seen them at work on customers clothes. They take good care of the items and fold them to perfection.

I do laundry here on a regular basis and every time I come in, the same machines are always out of order and more are breaking down. Also they dropped the dry time on all the upper dryers in half (5min). It use to be .25 cents for 10 min per dryer now it's only the bottom dryers. This place is expensive, and run down. Use with caution

I know the owner and and I have been going there for years. Mel is a terrific guy and the girls that work for him are wonderful in every sense. Mel does volunteer charity work and my best friend used to work with him years ago. I am disputing the post about him being racist. Mel does not contain that sort of "energy" anywhere in his being. He is grateful of all customers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This one woman appears to be very racist. My boyfriend and his son had gone to do a few loads only to get watched and harassed by this one female worker. She even went as far as touching his laundry when she felt she had the right to remove it from the washer to hurry them out of the laundromat. Making sly comments about him and his son (his son has special needs) I was furious and immediately went to get a name and speak to the manager. The worker had just left and I was told I would get a call, and that the manager heard about the issue already..but the worker also stated the owner had been the one who said to "watch him" him being my boyfriend who had simply been giving them great business for years with absolutely no issues until this one woman began working. We haven't returned. They clearly dislike people of color and don't treat each paying customers the same.
