You know you've been somewhere too much when they already know what you want done to your stuff. I love it though because theirs not too many places that actually remember your face, name or even how you like your clothes done due to the fact that they have so many other customers. I really due appreciate this place though. The atmosphere, the workers, the way that your clothes come back and the patience they have is amazing. I do wish that they would make the place a little bigger but either way it's great. I love going to and supporting black owned businesses especially the ones that you can tell strive to continue to get better and better. Definitely love this place.

I have been utilizing this service for over four years and appreciate their attention to detail and prompt service. Should you not remember your clothes, a friendly e mail reminder for invoices and ready to pick up status arrives. My experience has been that they under-promise and over-perform concerning completion of the laundry. Make your life easier, use Sudsy Water!

Switched to this placed a few months back and haven’t regretted it. The work ethic these people have is superb. The customers service is great and my clothes always come back as it were brand new. Highly recommended.

After doing service with them a few times I have found their inconsistency to be baffling. Their prices have changed repeatedly, & their service has been rather poor. They wash clothes at a very mediocre standard, & also have very poor costumer service. I called to specify the parameters I wanted my clothes to be washed under, & they still got it wrong. Also, their website leaves a lot of room for ambiguity. They play technicalities to their favor in order to charge extra for a poor service. When I contacted them & called them out on these discrepancies, not listed in the website catalog, the manager used whatever technicalities he could hold on to in order to charge more for the service provided. Honestly I finally decided to pay the extra money than deal with the hassle & frustration. I would rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this headache. Finally, I would like to add that one star is actually way too much to give this business. Unfortunately there is nothing lower than one star.

HORRIBLE! This place is a s*hole. After going there for a few years because of its convenient location, I decided that I had enough of their horrible customer service. My dry cleaning would often come back in the same state that when I dropped it off. The place would randomly be close during their so-called business hours. The owner, when she was there, would insistingly ask me if I was going to pay now when I was dropping my dry cleaning!!! Mind you I spent hundreds of dollars in this place every month, and never left my dry cleaning more than a week there. The last straw was when 3 of my husband’s brooks brothers shirts came back with black marks which were not there when I dropped them off... I asked them three times to redo the shirts. They still came back with the stains. I asked one of the employees, few times, to have the owner call me to discuss the issues. After over 2 weeks of waiting for her call, I decided to pick up my now-stained and unwearable shirts and never spend another cent in this ghetto business.

AVOID AT ALL COST. My whites were still dirty and had to get them washed elsewhere. They will overcharge wherever and whenever they can. The receptionist is rude af. I suggest going elsewhere for better pricing and service. Delivery is good though. They guy that makes deliveries is polite and quick.

After being a faithful customer for several years I have finally hit my breaking point with this dump of a buisness. Following a machine that did not work properly, thus leaving me with a wet dirty pile of clothing I spoke with a manager. After speaking directly with the owner she said there was nothing she could do and advised me to call them instead. What preceeded was the most condescending and ultimatly bizarre conversation I have had with an owner in the last few years. To say the owner was less than helpful would be an understatement. She boldly stated that "customers use the machines at their own risk", which is true for damaged items. However, the machine wasnt working properly at all. The cold water was not flowing properly enough to completely wet my clothes. Am I responsible for bringing my own water as well? Things took a turn for the worst when she mentioned that "cops may be involved"!! I was in complete shock and thoroughly confussed. When I pressed the owner to explain hereself she was evasive in explaining why she would bring that up. As I kept pressing her for explanation she made the excuse that she was talking to someone else. Straight up cuckoo. Ultimately she choose not to give me any definitive answer on resolving the problem and brushed of my issue aside as if I was an incovience. After 4 years of loyalty it is disappointing to know this is what my patronage amounts to. But hey, there are other laundrymats so onto greener pastures.

I have done business with this laundry 3 times now and the only time they got it right was the first time. Now as far as the review goes I will note all my experiences from the start and try to keep it short. Before we start: I do not generally write reviews but did for this business to avoid other people a headache. I have done business with them enough times to say that this review was based on a few services and not just on a single experience. Complaints - Prices They keep changing! When I originally called they offered me .85c per LB if you pre-paid and .95 after. (update) seems the guy who was giving the prices above for delivery not drop off service has been now fired. Now their website has a different price. This has caused a HUGE misunderstanding and must pay the price on the site. (manager did validate this over the phone as well) Beware that sometimes you will get charged a cheaper rate but depending on their mood price will go up to listed site or to the in store prices for the delivery wash. - Wash ISSUE #1: I have bought a lot of expensive underwear and a good portion came back ripped. I thought that the line of underwear from the place I bought them from had lower quality. After reading another review I now have NO doubts that this place does not wash your delicates like underwear in a delicate cycle. So if you have expensive or delicate clothing that needs to be washed be sure that you risk it being damaged from their service. Issue #2: The other thing I have also noticed that some of my color clothing comes back with some stains. Not all my color but a few shirts I noticed had still some stains and left me concerned. I furthermore also noticed that they also poorly washed my whites. I believe whites are not washed with enough detergent to bring out the color and remove the dirt. Suggestions: They need to use more detergent, pack less the clothes in the machines because this can also lead to a poor wash and make sure the clothing is going into the correct cycle. Final thoughts I believe they can provide at best "OK" service depending on whoever is doing the wash. The one thing they always get right is how neat the clothes is folded but do not always expect CLEAN clothes washed back. They are not consistent with their service therefore if you can avoid them go elsewhere. They are not only expensive for the quality of service they are providing but unprofessional. If you ask for a callback do not expect them to do it and if schedule a pickup do not expect them to always be on time no delivery. After giving this place yet another chance to redeem themselves I will update the review. I will see if they improved on their washing service but so far their customer service over the phone still needs improvement. WARNING They may attempt to scam you an extra $3 so be watchful for this on your receipt or credit charge! They said that if you go over 30LB you will get charged this fee yet there is no mention of this ANYWHERE on their website as of 7/5/17 so be sure to get the math done before you pay. Just got off the phone with the "manager" and has forced me to pay an incorrect amount. I even texted him a picture of correct prices. I am being scammed and overcharged and in order to get my clothes back I MUST pay it. This place is by far the most unprofessional place I have dealt with and will do anything to get every $ from you. I in good faith gave them yet another chance to redeem themselves but have stooped to a new LOW. Toxic employees. Poor service. Scammers.

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY" First the owner of the business is downright rude and nasty, and act as if she the only dry cleaners/laundromat in Harlem. The service sucks, clothes come back stink and looks as if it was never cleaned. The owner didn't think that my sister would realize that half of her clothes was missing and the owner refuses to give my sister her other clothing, and said to my sister " well take me to court." No matter what the situation is " the customers are always right" and that is what these businesses fail to realize.... STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

I don't understand how you open a business and run it poorly. They have you go online and follow the "simple" steps to pick up your laundry. The first time they showed up late, not like 10 minutes late but 1/2 hour late blamed it on the driver not knowing the address and the clerk wrote the phone number down wrong. The job they did was OK, they returned the laundry with confusion again because the clerk wrote the phone number down wrong AGAIN! That should've been my last time dealing with them but I hate doing laundry and I'm a glutton for being annoyed so I went and " arranged" pickup again. This time they didn't show up at all, after I received email confirmation. Unprofessional and backwards

I sooo love picking up my clothes from here. It's always so clean and wrinkle free it's absolutely amazing. Anytime I bring my laundry it comes back fresh smelling and so neatly folded. Am I a weirdo for being super excited anytime I get my clothes back? lol

I've been to this place a few times and I'm very pleased with the services. The workers there are very sweet and the prices are pretty cheap compared to others that I have been too. If I'm being lazy then I'd have them pick up and deliver to me, they work with my schedule and update me on anything that pops up along the way as in if they'll be a little late or things like that.
