Their cleaning methods are nearly worthless. The results are mediocre. No working special treatment for stains. Had to hire another company to redo job. Used them twice, both times bad.

I'm a repeat customer. The customer service representative ("CSA") who took my order wanted to know the measurements of all of the carpets and rugs, and the sizes of furniture I wanted cleaned. They have done this same job in past years. I am handicapped and explained I would have to get someone else to measure for me. The CSA decided that then she could look into my history to give me a quote. After we went over this, the CSA emailed me a quote of $1,400. These quotes are obfuscated to the point where a person untrained in Stanley Steemer's policies could not possibly decipher them. When the team arrived, they went over the measurements and all of a sudden the price went up to $2,100. The CSA was misleading and negligent in quoting me a lower number when I offered to delay setting up an appointment. The cleaning team was very polite and apologetic for my anger at being misquoted. I will be hiring a different company next time, solely as a result of the CSA's negligence.
