I'm here at this moment to wash clothes. I used hot key for my clothes and they came out as cold as ice. I called the attendant and she could be useful. This laundromat needs real help and customer service. Very disappointing...

Customer service is RUDE and dryer machines are either out of service or don't work well! 75lb dryer door kept opening. Attended on duty was usless... told me the 75lb dryer wasnt meant for comforters and to "put a chair in front of the door". Waste of money and time! She saw the dryer door opening and had no courtesy to check the machine or even refund my money. Will never go back!

The service here is very good they fold the laundry perfectly and they do it fast same day service they also do dry cleaning that they send out and it comes back in a couple days they call you when it is done just a great place to go to get your laundry done.

I've dropped off my laundry prior to this last visit over the weekend. I arrived with my laundry and was met by a young girl who had trouble processing my credit card. Once i retrieved my laundry and got home and that's when disappointment set in. My clothes felt damp and were oderless almost as though they had been tossed in the washer with no detergent and without fabric softener. I also noticed stains on some of my sheets which prompted me to call immediately to complain and the same girl answered stating they did use detergent and softener. My two visits prior to this one were like night and day. My clothes looked and smelled clean for weeks and I was meet by a woman who'd been there for many year. she made sure everything was perfect even my dress shirts were sorted and on hangers. This $90.00 experience left me feeling very dissatisfied and potentially never returning. I'll call to find out when the older woman is there that way I won't have to deal with incompetence. TBC... UPDATE...I received a call from the owner who offered to personally come to my home and pick up my clothes. I was so surprised and pleased that someone would go above and beyond to rectify the matter. I was able to drop off my clothes and have them washed again. They were returned as perfect as I would've imagined, thank you Mike (owner) and iris (laundry diva), for really making a tremendous difference on my day off. Hats off to soapbox.

The place is clean and the machines are well maintained just don't come on a Saturday night after 8pm with a large load to dry because they start to close the side with the large dryers down. That can be annoying if you're someone like me with very little time to do laundry as it is.

This place is wonderful. I brought in my down comforter with a huge update sauce stain and I thought it would never comeor! She washed and dried out and even i brought it home......WOW No stain!!!

I love this laundromat. I've moved out of the area, but I still find myself coming here every so often. Usually always clean. Washing and drying machines take debit cards, so worry no more for coins. Thats the greatest part about this laundromat. Parking is available. Machines are expensive and wash and dry well.

Nice laundromat but bathroom is unisex and doesn't really make you feel safe or comfortable as it's attached to big closet and lock barely holds so you squat and hold the door at the same time.

Very dirty and many machines don't work, with out of order signs and including taking money but not running even if no sign. Out of the many local laundromats would never return to this one.

I visited a friend in Connecticut and needed to wash. My friend got a referral from another friend to come here. A clean place with lots of machines and courteous staff.
