this company, never particularly satisfactory, changed their name and their website without notifying any of their customers. Sso when you go to add value to your laundry card, if your condo or coop has a contract with them, you simply find a lot of websites that come up 404. then when you call the old number and get past the person who tells you "SDI...that's not us!" you are put on hold infinitely. Basically, if you have a 'smart-card' you can't do much with it, so it appears; and that means the [badly functioning] machines in your building laundry rooms can't be used. As I say, these function so poorly, you end up paying double for a load of drying, so maybe it is for the best. This company appears to be a delicious combo of incompetent and scammers. Don't hire them!!!!!

I have reached out to this company at least 3 times and no one seems to know how I can obtain an actual laundry card so that I may use the laundry mat in my building. The property manager, does not manage it so they had no information to the provide. The Superintendent had no idea and that is pretty sad.
