Called to get the price of cleaning of a suit and she asked if I've never been there before, I said no, that's why I'm asking for the price and she asked what did I pay elsewhere; when i said id simply like to know the cost of the cleaning for a suit she refused to give me pricing and hung up.... Never, have I ever encountered such a rude and shady business owner. I'd give zero stars if I could. Very shady behavior.

What a joke! Brought in a brand new suit for a quick press before a funeral. I returned the next day, paid, and all was fine I thought. When I got home and took a closer look the suit Was not mine. I immediately returned to correct the mistake and that is when I thought I was on one of those hidden camera shows. The nice lady was now no longer nice. She insisted the suit was mine. Ha. Different color and different size. I waited patiently as she punched in her computer and returned with the same answer. " this is your suit". I asked for my money back and would just l leave based on the timing and circumstances. She refused and said I paid and that was my suit. Maybe the most ridiculous experience of my life. Be very careful. She does not truly value your business and will NEVER admit she made a mistake.

So sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Very reasonable prices, and quick time frames. Some of my stuff had some tough dirt and stains, but they did an excellent job and made my clothes like new again. Definitely would recommend! -Mary Miceli

lady refused to provide prices for her services over the phone. rather ridiculous policy. not interested in showing up in person to be given a price I'm not willing to pay.

They do a great job and are super friendly. She always remembers us when we come in (which isn't that often). I've taken some clothes there that couldn't be dry cleaned and they don't try to get a quick buck from me, they take a close look and if there's nothing they can do with it (because of the material, not because they can't handle the stains or anything) she just doesnt' charge me. They cleaned our wedding attire a week after the wedding and were able to get a LOT of wine stains out. Glad we found this place, as it seems good dry cleaners are hard to come by in this area.

AVOID!!! Guess you get what you pay for...counter lady is nice during drop off. When you question a poor cleaning job, or worse yet ask for a re-clean, the monster comes out! Can’t imagine they can keep the doors open with such terrible customer service...don’t loose your clothes to a closed down business.
