Very comfortable location. Almost feels like you are doing laundry at home. Always clean and staff is very friendly. The only thing missing is some blinds by the windows to block the sun when your sitting by the vending machines.

This may be on me of my most favorite places to be. For one it is very quiet, clean, and the attendant is always very polite. Easy to get a card and add money. I don't have to deal with getting change and I thank you for that. The washer and dryer are always clean and the work fast. I don't find my self being here for a very time, so thank you for 25 min wash and drying.

I'm giving it 5 STARS because first of all, Rosie's is modern, clean and brand spanking new! Second, it's in a great location! I was able to get a nice mani/pedi next door while my comforters were washing/drying in their state-of-the-art, efficient machines. :) I also like that Rosie's offers free WiFi and TV while you wait. There are even cute pub style tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy a snack from their vending machine, the Dunkin Donuts next door, or something you bring from home. The few times I've visited so far, I've found the staff to be pleasant and willing to help. Whether you have lots of laundry to do, or you just want to wash/dry a few comforters- Rosie's Laundry is the BEST!

LOVE the new Rosie's in Bristol, State-of-the-art machines are so efficient. You are able to put large loads in the washer and they come out so clean. laundry dry's in no time in the large dryers. I am able to wash and dry a weeks worth of laundry in under 1 hour. The staff at Rosie's is friendly and willing to assist you in anyway they can. Rosie's is a great addition to the businesses in Bristol.

Rosie's is very clean and isn't over crowded. I like the laundry card system, it's pretty convenient for me. The washers and dryers are brand new and seem to wash and dry the clothes at an affordable price. I will continue to come here.

Simply the best place around for doing laundry. Always clean, well maintained new equipment, great water extraction for shorter dry times, lots of settings, contiuously staffed, friendly personnel, multiple USB chargers & TV entertainment at each of five work tables, laundry supply vending machines, clean restroom, comfortable lounge area, convenient parking, available laundry services, etc... Well worth my drive from Watertown. Plus, lots of nearby businesses to run a quick errand while the machines do the work.

I love Rosie's Laundry, it's is always clean and the staff is always friendly. If you can't do your laundry at home this is the next best option in the area. (And it's 3 seconds down the street from Walmart, if you don't want to pay for the convenience of the supplies they provide!) ;) I have never had an issue using any of my 3 different credit cards, and prefer this system to quarters for its ease of use, and simplification.

Best laundry around. Clean, equipment in good working order. You can drop off your dry cleaning there also. They will wash, dry, and fold your clothes too. They have a branch in Bristol.

So after the past two experiences despite how well maintained this establishment is, I think I'm done here. Originally I thought the attendant was such a sweet lady. After the last time, where I had to leave and she told me as long as I am back by 8 I will be fine. I got there a little before 730 and she said I was lucky because she was going to close up... A little shellshocked and said I thought u said u closed at 8, if we aren't busy I can close before 8....ok whatever that's fine Today, she saw a couple loading laundry, neglected to inform them to hurry up the machines shut off at 7 she didn't say anything to them let them fill up 3 or 4 machines and only said something when they said the washers weren't working...that kinda annoyed me...i loaded mine at 650ish and it said 25 mins...in reality they finished at 729 and 736. I was putting the second load in the dryer and stated not to put more then 20 mins in because she closes at 8...i explained the machines took until 729 and 736 but were started before 7 and that's not going to dry my clothes. She then argued stating I started them after 7 how am I starting them after 7 when they shut down at 7 they shut down at 705....either way 25 mins should have given me 30 mins to dry which it didn't. Throughout the entire time after, she was rude and kept telling me her boss won't be happy because of me...that whole thing right there makes me not want to come everrrrr again....shame too I liked that place...

This place was initially easy to use and convenient, but that has changed with time. Laundry card machines continually have issues reading cards. I'd get a new card, but I don't see how to get a refund for my old card if the machine can't read it. Bathroom access would be nice also.

Just moved to the area, and this has to be the best laundry mat I’ve been to. Super clean, machines are clean, counter to fold are clean they even provide disinfecting wipes to wipe down the counter before you began to fold your load, and the owner is super friendly. Just went here today. The woman working there was so sweet and helpful with showing me how everything works and she even helped me out because I had my two young children with me. The facility is clean and the machines are efficient. The card payment option was convenient. If I ever need to use a laundromat again I will go back here.

After several visits, I simply give up on the money card used here. Machines may or May not have eaten up cash. My two credit cards were declined, just because the machine is "tricky". When I asked for help, the assistant insisted that it was "simple". When I tried to explain my dilemma, she interrupted each attempt, quite rudely. No assistance could be had. I spent close to $60. UNPLEASANT.

Very clean place, very friendly staff, and machines look almost brand new. Highly recommended. 1 star removed because the supplies they provide are ridiculously overpriced. Bring your own supplies. Washers are $3.15-$7.15 and large dryers are $.50 per 10 minutes. Very reasonable.

I prefer Rosie's to many others. New machine's, clean, plenty of room to fold, nice little lounge area, kid friendly, very nice and helpful staff. Been going here several years. In the summer 20 minutes in the dryer on normal, has the smallest size washer full of clothes dried. The dryers are huge. The largest washer is huge.
