Horrible! The owner has the nastiest attitude, she has no respect for the customers that go in there. This was the first and last time I go do my laundry there. The customers also have no respect, there was a guy swearing up a storm in front of little kids. I hated it so much that I gave away my laundry card to a guy next to me and left. To the owner if you ever read this review PLEASE learn some manners!! To the people reading this review PLEASE do not give your business to this laundromat!! You will save yourself a huge headache! Take it from me, it was a horrible experience and I'd hate for anyone to go through the same thing!

So annoyed I used the credit card machine to get a laundry card, they took my money but did not dispense a card and there was no attendant there to help me with my problem, and everytime I called the number on Google it rang a few times before saying that the number was unavailable. Doing laundry is frustrating enough without the added frustration.

Put it kindly, without the customers business will not exist. Not every customer is right but on multiple occasions how people are spoken to by management is the equivalent to how they speak and belittle prisoners.

Do yourself a favor, go to another Laundromat. Seriously. This place does not deserve the money people work hard for. This woman who runs this place is a complete animal. There are other reviews out there about her. She's just a nasty pig. Support places where you get what you paid for. Not being berated by this ignorant individual. I wish I had something good to say about this place but I don't. The owner is just a disgusting individual who needs to learn what customer service is. DO NOT GO HERE.

Machines are always broken down. Most times there are no signs on them indicating that they don't work either. My blankets were destroyed in the dryer once because of something from the person before me (one can only hope). I was stuck at one of the washers for over an hour because no water was coming out and stuck on Prewash mode. There's also no one on site to assist with mishaps like this which makes it that much more annoying. I normally drive to the Hamden location because they are more upgraded but this particular location is closer. I will be going to Hamden way more now.

The attendant was the nastiest lady you could ever meet... Personal experience... I was 5 months pregnant ... Snow storm out side... And had my 5yo son with me.. We were eating while our clothes were washing.... She comes and says u need to take that outside... Ain't no eating in here...

Prices are good and free dry is a plus. The woman who looks after the store and has the retail shop inside is VERY unpleasant. Got into it with her on multiple occasions because she’s rude and nasty and talks to my kids with the nastiest attitude when I’m not right there. My kids ask to use the restroom and she’ll tell them with an attitude “You gotta wait” and then takes her sweet time doing any and everything before she unlocks the bathroom. I approach her about it and she calls my kids liars. I used to go every weekend to do my laundry but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’d much rather pay a few more bucks and have my kids treated properly than to save money and have to deal with her every time I go to do my laundry. Sincerely, a very unsatisfied customer...
