Sales consultants Alex Connolly and Toni were both extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE of the various AC products and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They both worked with me extensively on Sunday to review products and set up a survey at my home earlier today. Tonight, I purchased the unit from Alex who has arranged a rush install this Thursday or Friday since I have elderly relatives visiting and a heatwave on the way. Thank you Alex! We came to buy a washer and selected a LG model to buy. We have a gas-fired dryer, which will have to be moved to install the new washer. The salesman and his manager wanted to take a day to find out how their delivery men will do the above. I followed up on phone twice. The salesman called back saying his manager will call in a day, which he never did. Looks like you do not want/need our business.

I needed a new dryer ( mine completely stopped) and washer ( which was leaking). I did my homework looking for a new washer/dryer set. I found a Maytag set online at PC Richard. I called the store to inquire about delivery charges and installation. The sales professional I spoke to was Alex. Alex was so very helpful. He explained all the costs and warranty information. My husband and I were able to go in on Friday evening and purchase a washer/dryer set from Maytag. Alex was able to secure delivery for our new set the next day. We received the set today. The delivery/ installation people did a great job. Very efficient taking our old machines away and hooking up the new ones. I’ve been washing all day. Amazing customer service, delivery and set up. Thank you Alex and PC Richard and sons.

Then I went home and realized I needed help with it, so I called Sue and she told me that she really just wanted me to be happy so if that meant returning the computer, then she would help me again find the proper computer for me. She was really one of the most helpful customer sales rep I have ever encountered at any business. She was friendly, polite, fun and knowledgable. My first visit here. I sourced a brand of appliances on their site and it was only available in-store. When I got there, the department salesperson pronounced the name of the appliances very wrong (not a second language accent issue) and that was my first concern. Then he told me there are no actual appliances of that brand on the floor and that the store orders what I want and it takes 2+ weeks to get it. Indont understand why I can't do that on line but they order it on line with me standing there. At that point I felt this was the wrong place for me. I had to drive an hour to a private dealer, where I could see several models on display and work with a knowledgable salesperson. Their price was the same at PC Richards. I doubt I'll visit this store agaon.

Make sure you have an appointment to get your automatic car starter installed. They told me I didn't need one and they "squeeze" me in and it took 5 hours. That sucked, but they were super friendly and did it before Christmas. I want to be mad, but cant. Also, I thought the car was randomly starting itself after I shut it off. Apparently if you hit the lock button three times it starts the car without the app. This ruined my Mom's Christmas surprise since I didn't know and she compulsively locks her car.

We cannot say enough good things about Reggie Smith at the Danbury location of P.C. Richard & Son! After arriving at my 90 year old parents' house in New Milford, I was upset to see them bringing their clothes to a laundromat to have the clothes dried as their dryer stopped working. After contacting PC Richards and being assisted by Reggie Smith, we not only had purchased the perfect matching dryer to the existing washer but we were given a sick deal and it will have it delivered and installed tomorrow morning. Very friendly and flexible. Ordered 2 car alarm remotes over the phone was made aware they could get them. Once available the accommodated me immediately and programmed both remotes. Great place to do business. They also serviced my TV multiple times without issue due to extended warranty I purchased. I like this business (all locations).

At first we didn’t plan on getting anything, but a gentleman named Lloyd was extremely helpful and professional, and after walking us through the details of some of the packages, got us a good deal on a nice washer/dryer combo, along with a dishwasher!
