I had been bringing my laundry here for a few months for drop off/ pick up service with no complaints. This week, I went to pick up my laundry and the entire bag was missing. The business had no protocol for this kind of issue and basically "wait and see." When being faced with the loss of hundreds of dollars of clothing, that is just not acceptable. They eventually found our laundry "in the back" after hours of worry that I was going to be out lots of money. So yeah, this place is fine unless something goes wrong, in which case management is sorely lacking.

They are the worst laundromat, the worker don't speak or understand English , they dnt know how to use a credit card machine at all and dnt know how to process any cc payment , they all need training , they are very rude I wish I never brought my clothes there , the service is the worst ever .......

I have been using them for drop-off for a couple of months and have found a gem. Prices are reasonable, service is quick (rarely more than 24 hours), clothes are clean, location is convenient, and the hours make it easy. Yes, there is the occasional sock that has gone missing but that is a cost of sending laundry out. If you are local and need a place to drop off, this is the best I have found.

It is 8 am and they have no quarters to wash your clothes. The lady says whoever won’t be here until 10am. Now normally that wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t already unload your cloths in the wash or dryer!

They've sent my clothes back with stains twice for the wash and fold. As soon as I got them and saw the stains the second time it happened I called. They told me to bring back the bag because I must have had something blue in the wash. I went there with my clothing that did indeed include something blue but the splatter pattern of blue (see pictures) did not come off of an article of clothing. I explained this to the attendant and she said I was wrong. Only when I asked for a refund did she call her superior to see what to do. They told her to take the clothing back and wash it again. The stains came out but not without a fight from me. The pick up and delivery is always exceptional though. And the one guy who answers the phone is always so polite and nice. Him and the delivery guy are literally the only reason why I will still send my clothes out. EDIT 10/25/2018 If you scroll to the picture of the blue bed sheets you’ll see that the wash and fold service BLEACHED THEM. These were brand new sheets out of the package that I sent out to be washed (who doesn’t wash their sheets 1st?) I don’t know why any bleach would come near colors but they ruined the flat sheet and the pillow case.

1/8/18 I went to washed my clothes at this laundromat and few minutes before closing time when I came back to pick up my drying clothes, none of them weren't dry. They were exactly wet, the way I left them. On top of that the worker lady was rude, nasty, a disgrace while the other male worker just stand still there without saying anything to her without manner while she continued screaming at me whom is pregnant to come back today to get my clothes while I am inside the laundry. I have asked her severals times nicely even though she upset me to come to see the 3 machines with the quantities of the clothes which were small for her to see. She told me that she ain't coming and doesn't want to see it and that I need to get out & come back later on today. In my mind, I am wondering why she is wasting her time yelling at me while she is wrong and could have come to a look at the machine before midnight to fix the problem which she didn't. I even told her that I put 5 quarters in some of the machines and more in the other ones, she said that it has to come to 40 mns for them to dry which I did in the other machines. 1 quarter=6mns for the left side of the laundry when u getting in. I get my clothes and left but I would never come to their place anymore to do emergency laundry . I will continue to send my clothes out in Brooklyn to get them wash and fold properly or go to 116th street for emergency laundry.

This is one of the worst laundromat's I have ever frequented. I am currently in the process of addressing a long standing issue with the rude personality of this laundromat's main staff woman. On numerous occasions I've been met with the angry energy and outright disrespect and contempt of one of the worker's. It appears that the owner has taken zero time to train and prepare his staff with the common sense and people skills needed to deal with the public and run his laundry. I have decided to reach out to the owner with a formal written complaint via certified mail. I have collected a few numbers and emails of other regular customers who patronize this laundromat, and each of them have an awful story of poor experiences with this staff member of their own to share. It amazes me how comfortable the staff is with disrespecting, following, taunting, and ignoring long standing members of the community while spending their money in this establishment. Please, if you have been rudely mistreated, faced lost laundry bags, or have had multiple clashes with any of the staff members at this laundromat please reply to this post, as I intend to make these matters know to the owner. If it is not corrected I plan to use every resource available to bring attention to this awful staff and service. I have spent way too much money contributing to the success of this laundromat and refuse to let this slide any longer. Every quarter a person puts into one of those machines contributes to the salaries of these women, perhaps they do not realize this fact or don't care and feel free to disrespect customers without consequence. My goal is to have them be held responsible for their choices.

This laundry is a bit pricey but better to pay a little extra then walking far away. The staff is always busy they have tons of work to do during the day the place is well maintained, there is a bathroom chairs and TV. Bring your own stuff and do your own laundry, don’t count on the staff to help you too much. Just get coins,buy soap and you will be fine.

Every time I go there it’s a problem like my clothes don’t come out clean or there’s stain on my clothes just recently they lost a pair of pants that go with my suit. It's only $160 but I feel like they should compensate me for the loss. So far, they have completely refused. The Mexican lady with blonde that works there was very rude to me she told me to contact Miss bubble management but they still haven’t gotten back to me. Stay away from take your money somewhere eles.

Did wash & fold. Everything was ready on time, prices are reasonable, everything was cleaned well, and all the staff was very nice and helpful. The day of pick up I had a family emergency and had to get my things ASAP. It's against their policy to deliver orders under $25 but I offered to pay extra for ASAP delivery because of the emergency, and it was at my door in under 10 minutes. I'm extremely grateful for the humanity and help they showed me on that day.

The quality is fine but they’re service is a little meh. They’re taking on more loads bc the other laundromat on 116th has been closed which is understandable but it takes them WAY too long to do the loads. I dropped off my clothes early afternoon on 7/2 and was told I could pick it up afternoon of 7/3 after 5pm. I wasn’t able to get it then and came on 7/4 at 930am before getting started with my errands for the day. When I got there, turns out they hadn’t even started on my clothes! I’m a little panicked at this point bc I’m leaving town tmrw so I needed my laundry done by today. They tried to fight me on it and said they can’t get it done. Are you kidding me?! Since I’m leaving town the following day and I needed my clothes, they finally agreed to get it done before they close for the day. In conclusion they gave me my laundry at 2pm on 7/4. But why quote someone a time you can’t deliver and then try to make me wait even longer?! Good thing my flight wasn’t leaving right then!!!!

It's basically a regular laundromat. It's about 9.50 to wash and dry each load. They have soap, bags, and dryer sheets for sale if you've forgotten or lost anything.

I have used them for almost 3 years. they are cheap for delivery wash and fold services. But in the past 6 months the service hasn't been that great, they've been late a lot, or my whites have come back stained or tinted dark. but most recently they RUINED my favorite blanket that I use for my bed, it was snow white when I sent it in, now it's black and grey tie dye.... also with that same load of laundry all of my jeans came back soaking wet. They are making it very difficult to get a refund... I would suggest finding somewhere else

This place is unreasonable they will only deliver to Manhattan and I'm right across the bridge 6 mins away and refused to pick up my clothes just because I live in the bronx but they are willing to deliver to 110 st which is a further distant

This place has the worse customer service. They get mad when you ask for simple things. I've watched people steal customers clothes multiple times and the women do or say nothing. It's over priced so don't waste your time here.

Huge, dryers work great and stays clean but the employees are clueless and they advertise free laundry detergent on certain days but never want to give it to you. I only go because it’s not crowded because it’s so big.

Lost a gift card in washing machine told the worker to stop the wash so i could get card she said wait till it stop it went threw the side. And she said they didn't find it. Which was a lie. They took my gift card. Lieing thieves.

Great clean location with customary wash and fold service available. Open 24hours makes it very easy to do it yourself if you choose to. Also,establishment ALWAYS has hot water;unlike other places that make you think that you are selecting a hot water wash,but getting nothing but cold or warm!!!

Don’t bring any clothes here that you don’t mind losing. I often ended up with random articles of other people’s clothes in with mine. My new high quality towels were replaced with someone else’s old, threadbare hotel towels. Finally had to stop going, even though it is very convenient.

Worse service from Mexican ladies want to tell you off. This was not the first time i saw them having an attitude, so I had to make a review. I was just picking up a blouse from the dry cleaning. I was glad they removed a stain and i was telling one of the ladies. Instead she started scolding me why i was telling her about that that it was not her responsibility if the dry cleaner take off stains or not. I didnt understand why was she been so negative of my comment and i said you dont have to explain I understand how the dry cleaner and them work. She walked away from me and clapped her hands saying i was rude to her because i didnt want to keep hearing her telling me off
